replaced a rod that spun a bearing, gave rod to parts shop told them to match it, they give me a used one. anyways upon first start there was white steam or something similar coming out from the engine bay. The motor wasn't making any unusual noises so we kept it running on idle for about 5 minutes, so we take it for a test drive about 1 mile in we barely hit 3k rpm and the motor make a loud knock, expel a lot more of that white steam, we shut the motor off instantly, give it a push back. Took the intake off and it looks like fragments of piston are everywhere. I take the head off and 1 piston is non existent the sleeve has a 4 in vertical hole. the rod is still connected to the journal but it looks to be missing more then half of the rod. snapped off. head gaskets are fine no indication of any damage. Could the rod have been matched improperly? if it was a wrist pin failure wouldn't there be some play where the rod and crank journal meet? im trying to do as much r&d as possible because an issue with a spun bearing should not have resulted in a cracked block. could the rod have been slightly shorter causing the ring to catch the bottom of the block while returning back to TDC? its an ls2 motor.

so basically i get pulled over for a flat tire, officer smells marijuana in the car, asks if i have any eventually admit and give it to him. he tells me that im not arrested, just wants to ask me questions at the station, even though i was in handcuffs and had my car impounded. get to the police station and they ask me where i got it from, i tell them what i can without endangering my safety, so either way the guys i bought from find out i was pulled over and called me threatening me anyway even though i never gave up there identity. i tell the detective, he tells me that because someone has made a threat against me hes not going to pursue the case and "not to worry". now when i got pulled over they gave me a ticket for turning without a signal and no proof of insurance. I paid the signal ticket and somehow forgot about the insurance ticket, so i get a letter in the mail for a court date. i decide to try and be prepared by getting a lawyer (had insurance on the car) that could maybe also get rid of a few speeding tickets. he goes to the court and tells me that now the prosecutor wants to charge me for possession of marijuana. i got pulled over about 4 months ago. none of this is making any sense to me and i have a lawyer im going to meet with but i just cant get my head around going to court for a no proof of insurance ticket and ending up getting possession? im not some sort of drug king pin that needs to be harassed im 21, a student, was honest with the officer when pulled over, never been in serious trouble just speeding tickets here and there. is this legal for the govt. to be completely screwing me by bringing this ticket back after being told "not to worry"

Here's the story, so one night I'm driving home after work at 12:10 am cruising along going about 37-40 in a 40 mph zone. No traffic at all, very few cars visible. Well I look to my passenger seat to grab a bottle, look ahead and a stop light is yellow I could have stopped but I would have had to push the brakes pretty hard so I didn't think anything of going through it, well I pass the light and notice a crown Vic running the light about 75 feet behind me, instantly I think this guy is going to be a dick and pull me over fr the light even though I passed and it was still amber. Cop lights flick after about 100 yards I pull over she comes to the window, license, registration and proof of insurance I hand them to her and she says "do you have any idea how fast you were going" this comes as a shock to me since I KNOW I wasn't speeding I say exact speed know but I'm positive I wasn't speeding I was coasting around 38. She then says "I had to go 70 to catch up to you" and I'm just like officer I got a ticket a couple days ago I paid it instantly I've learned my lesson got quite some time, I just got off a 12 hour shift I really was not speeding. She then says "roll up your window let me make sure there not tinted" I roll em up and say there not and she still looks pauses pulls out her flash light and shines it up to the window for a good 15 seconds. At this point I'm in shock over the assholeness of this officer and I figured young guy, driving a fast car, at midnight she's just using this all just to go back and run my name and plate and I didn't have a too much of a proble

Consodering I didn't think I was going to get a ticket. So she tells me to hang out shell be right back, I wait she comes back and says here's what I'm going to do for you "I had to go 70 to catch up to you meaning you were going at least 10 miles over the speed limit (which was 40) I'm going to give you just 5 over", so I'm pissed I re assure her I was not speeding and that, what she said wa impossible, I take the ticket and leave. I set a court date and go I wait an hour to get called in and it was a "pre-hearing" meaning just a day I go in and schedule a day that's convenient to the officer. So that already ticked me off I got a bs ticket skipped class just to schedule another day. So I leave new court date comes and I assumed she wouldn't even show up, people told me 9/10 times they don't, but anyways the judge asks her the story she changes it to "I clocked him in at 53 in a 40 I pulled out after him and had to go 70 to catch up meaning he picked up speed then he ran an amber light trying to elude me"( on the night I said I thought you were pulling me over for the light and she says no it was still yellow) but I'm standing there in shock and he asks me my side and I explain she never radared me and had just told me about having to go 70 I assumed there was some sort of evidence the judge would ask from her about radar but all he says is "officer ***** are you a certified radar technician she says yes he then says were all the lights and sounds in proper working order she says yes again so he says mr **^^^ considering the radar gun was functioning properly I'm going to find you responsible there's a fine of $120 are you prepared to pay it? And I'm just like yea. And I just walked away. I go to the cashier and ask if I can appeal and she tells me in order to appeal you have to pay the ticket in full then wait to set a court date, at this point I'm already out two days so I just pay the ticket and leave. A year prior I was at the last month of drivers probation and I got it extended for getting a careless driving ticket after buying my fast car. Well that ticket extended probation a whole year. It was going to end in December its now October. Because this is the second ticker with points while on probation I'm now scheduled for a drivers re-examination. Basically whole point of this story what do I expect at drivers exam, do I say the officer lied? What do I do next time in court that would make the officer show proof. I wasted 3 ads now 120$ and got points over a false story.

I used to have this recurring dream that I started getting while in vacation its very vague tho.

I'm at a festival type deal I cant tell if this huge gathering of people is good or bad, people everywhere, familiar voices in the background but no one in particular stood out. Then all of a sudden sirens and something like a black whole (white tho)opens in the sky everybody gets sucked out. I do too but I think I'm last. This dream scared me because while being sucked out I actually felt as if I was choking. I really thought I might have died in my sleep.

It disappeared for 4 months then I began to get it alot.

Eventually I began trying to say a prayer while getting sucked out and I here a ominous "its not going to work'

No sign of it for a while. I know its all over the place I know this is significant tho.
