  • name or type of blow off valve that releases pressure in multiple bursts?

Hey guys I wanna get another BOV and this came to mind. Yopu can get the blow of Valves that will release the pressure in multiple bursts, kind of hard to explain. It sounds like a normal blow off valve but the sound is 3 quick bursts when changing gears instead of the one. Would like to know what type, brand, name, where to get one what ever.

    Cheers guys.

  • how many pounds of boost does a stock R34 25GT-T skyline run?

Hey this is a question that I'm asking because I want a turbo charged skyline but specifically a 4 door one. The R34 25GT-T seem to be the best for 4 doors. (the newest models too). Now I know they're definitely not the quickest skylines but I would just like to know how many pounds of boost they do run stock with the turbo.

  • Am I the only one that thinks Port Adelaide will beat Collingwood?

I'm a very avid Collingwood supporter but you can't deny Port are playing very good footy. They beat the saints and almost beat Essendon, getting blown out of the water in the last 10 minutes. Collingwood have some very big injuries and are travelling poorly to be honest. Injured players out are Ball and Thomas and Injured defenders alone out are Reid, Tarrant (the previous week) and Shaw. Cam wood Omitted and on top of that Brown and Didak are still in the VFL. The ins are very terrible Buckley, Paine, Seedsman, Young and veteran running defender/winger Benny J who is a good in. I'm tipping Port to win is anyone else?

Hey guys I'm going back to Victoria for a holiday this year and was wondering do I have to purchase a Myki card? I was wondering if I can still buy tickets at the train stations and on the trams? Will ticketing be fully phased out for Myki and if so when? Cheers.

Just thought I'd put this in the Aussie Rules section as I know and trust you guys to not give me bullshit answers and I assume most of you are Victorian. thanks again guys.

  • car amp turns on with car but then turns off instantly?

hey guys installed a car amp today with my sub hooked up it was working real good for a while then stopped working all of a sudden. the blue power light on the amp comes on as soon as i turn the car on but goes off again instantly, played with the blue remote wire and the light came on but when off again, i doubt its the wires though because we crimped them pretty well. any ideas as to why it does this and how to fix it? also checked all the fuses, no problems there.

    cheers guys, Jamie.

  • Jobe Watson and the Bombers considering sit down protest of substitution rule?

abouta week ago it was well documented that Jobe talked the bulldogs captain about having a sit down protest before the bounce of their round 1 clash. He seems to hate this rule and is hellbent on getting rid of it and protesting. He stating that he is angered by rule changes when the players arent even consulted. do you agree with this and do you think he will find a club that will protest alongside the bombers? personally i hope it happens because i am sick to death of rule changes and the AFL just dont care anymore. The AFL said they bought this rule in to decrease interchanges to help slow down the game and apparently high rotations cause injury. now if there is less on the bench that means the game becomes less fair when injuries happen and the obvious less on the bench actually equals more players on the ground for extended periods of time which actually will make hem more prone to injuries

part 2 of this question i have a video to watch if you would like to but, Mick outlines his views on the rule and how it has actually backfired which is 100 percent true. from about 4:50 onwards it where he talks about the sub rule.

  • opening round of footy for 2011, likes and dislikes?

Well guys its been an amazing opening round of footy with 1 game left. This round has had everything and its been the most enjoyable footy in a long time. we've had 3 quarter time comebacks from Adelaide, Carlton, Fremantle and Geelong. A draw with Sydney and Melbourne and very big wins by Collingwood and Essendon. There's been hard contests, plenty of long goals and high marks just like the good old days. only thing i dont like is the sub rule, i think it did hurt Brisbane a bit having all those injuries and 1 fit player who couldn't do anything. Also how did your team go, and how do you think they will go this year?

  • are people annoyed with incorrect terminology question below?

on the weekend watching the footy every channel and its commentators reffered to australian rules football as "AFL" few exampels "what a great game of AFL" shae mcnamara and american basketballer who decided to play "AFL". people dont seem to know the difference between the AFL (league) and Australian Rules Football (sport). i think the reason being is that the AFL are the only premier league of the sport in the world and they also market the game as AFL as their website says "PLAY AFL". we all know the league and its operations are destroying our great game slowly, but is australian rules football a bygone era? are the days gone when footy was footy and then there was the VFL? i find it sad our great game is getting moulded by 1 league simply, not everyone likes the AFL but do like australian rules footy. i think we are saying goodbye to our sport and hello to this cruel league. "what once was is no more".

  • new anti siphoning laws, good or bad?

tonight i was watching the footy live on main event channel up here in Queensland but i noticed the footy was also on channel 73 (7mate) and only on about a 5 minute delay an achievement for channel 7. so is everyone happy with the laws saying games can be shown on digital channels and the law that states pay TV channels can bid directly on games. Another law is also that if a channel doesnt show a blockbuster saturday or friday night game live they risk giving it to another channel *looking at channel 7*. so the new laws are helping with live football but we wont witness truly live televised football until next year when the broadcast rights are resold as the AFL stated they want a live NATIONAL broadcaster for games and it is expected to be a billion dollar deal (lets hope fox spors dont win the rights bid as millions would miss out due to not having pay tv). Really im just feed up with channel 7's ever degrading and always delyaed broadcasts. do you all agree with the new laws, AFL statements and who would you like to win the coverage rights next year?

  • will GWS be using Blacktown olympic park for home games?

watching the NAB cup last night i noticed that the ground there is amazing, the ball bounces naturally, the grass is the in the right condition (not too soft or hard) the ground never seemed to get torn up and the players are less prone to injuries. so i just wanted to know if the giants wil play home games there as it is a great venue but the stadium would need a $100 million or so upgrade which is easily possible as that stadium has alot of outside room on and around the grass hills. i believe it could be upgraded to cater for about 40,000 people having the grounds completely surrounded by grand stands. the question is would the AFL and government make their money back? but judging from last night they had a sell out crowd at Blacktown and the Giants did sell alot of merchandise too, australian rules football has already begun slowly taking over West Sydney. 1 last thing i know a tassie team would of been a better idea and guaranteed success but the AFL are on a mission to destroy the NRL. an amazing upgraded stadium would greatly boost the sport of australain rules football in that area.
