Hi. Based on your astrological observances or personal experience, do you think a romantic relationship between individuals with the below astrological make-up be an overall good relationship, or a long-lasting one?..... Or do you feel it just wouldn't work?

I've seen this happen in my life, and again and again in the lives of ppl around me. But I sense VERY strongly that the phenomena is far deeper than just falling for someone who isn't good for you....

Has anyone else here ever been drawn to one person(who has constantly hurt them) so strongly, and for so long that it feels like you HAD to have known the person, or had some significant attachment to them in a previous life to keep coming back for more?.... Do you think maybe you're just somehow addicted to the stress or heartache the person calls?...How does this tie into psychology?

I'm starting to see a pattern here with negative and positive influences in ppls lives, in relation to their psychological development, and I want to see how commonly they're linked.

I have always been curious about astrology and have developed a deep interest and affinity for it the over the last couple of months. I agree that certain astrological alignments/aspects at the time of birth greatly contribute to ppl's character/behaviour, and the flow of life in general. I do not believe the position of planets controls EVERYTHING, but I do recognize that they yield a considerable amount of influence most times. However, I am at a point in my life, where I am starting to see that astrology(per lifetime) has far less to do with a person's destiny or life path than the person's overall karma does. I have found life to be very contradictory to astrology at times(horoscopes, compatibility with certain signs and not others, etc.), and am starting to rely less on it, and more on just....accumulating good karma I guess. Anyone else feel this way lately?

Good Afternoon Everyone,

I hope I don't bore or confuse u guys with this one(It's kinda long)...

So just recently I've become exceedingly interested in astrology and its fascinating connection to the human experience, rebirth, love, and destiny... I've always believed there was something to it, but lately, the connections have been astonishing to me. So now I'm trying to obtain an accurate birth chart for myself so that I can analyze, and become more aware of the dimensions of me...and the karmic lessons I'm supposed to learn in this life. The only problem is, my Mom(the usual keeper of birth time), and I aren't very close right now. She's going through some very negative personal struggles and she and I haven't been close since I was about 13(I'm currently 25). I see her sometimes, and I did have the chance to ask her about my birthtime, but through the haze of the things she's involved in, she couldn't give me an exact time. She says she just remembers that it was after nine am, but definitely before 2pm when her favorite soap came on. My dad just flat out doesn't remember lol. Through painstakingly interviewing a few other close family members I was able to ascertain that I was in fact born BETWEEN 9am and 2pm(10/5/83), making my Ascendant either Scorpio or Sag. I know there are ways for me to find out the exact time of my birth(through city or hospital records), but I was hoping that in the meantime, some of you guys could maybe help me figure which fits me best, by perhaps sharing your own personal knowledge of the main characteristics of each. I read the basic descriptions of each on a website called "cafeastrology.com", but it didn't really help me narrow it down much, because to be honest, both descriptions fit me to almost a T lol.... I can be very private, overly sensitive, and suspicious(bordering on paranoia) like a Scorpio Ascendant, but I'm not really jealous, vindictive or possessive like ppl claim Scorps Ascendants are..... And I'm also optimistic, VERY opinionated, and hopeful(bordering on naive) like a Sagittarius Ascendant. I have a few other aspects of my chart in Sag, so they could account for my Sag tendencies, but only my Saturn is in Scorpio(which I don't think alone, would account for all of my Scorp tendencies), so I'm thinking my Ascendant is probably Scorpio. I know you guys aren't necessarily EXPERTS, so I don't really expect anyone to be able to tell me for sure, but any input you have on the subject would be GREATLY appreciated.
