How can I report a BUG to Yahoo?

When I try to add members to a group, and especially try to add multiple members, I get a red "Sorry, an error occurred while loading the content" error message. Yahoo's HELP leads to dead ends and "no support options available" when trying to report this.

The sever is returning a 500 error to the AJAX code:

which due to another bug I can't reply to or vote on. Due to yet another bug I've been unable to ask this question for the past several days, I get an error on "Continue" before the question is accepted.

I've received, at a non-yahoo address, phishing email from a non-yahoo source.

The drop box, however, is at yahoo. An example drop box is toyota.lottery@rocketmail.com

I can't report this from within Yahoo Mail, as the mail was not sent from or to yahoo.

I can't report this as spam to my provider, as toyota.lottery@rocketmail.com only in the body of the email, not part of the headers.

I can't find a way to report this online to Yahoo, as all online help roads tell me to report the abuse via Yahoo Mail.

Aghghg. The new "Reporting spam or hacked accounts to Yahoo" makes it impossible to actually submit a report. I have phishing email, and know the yahoo email address of the scammer. How can I report this account for abuse?
