    I want to gain muscle everywhere. I workout different body parts/sections everyday. Right now, I'm doing 2-3 mediocrely intense workouts for the body part in a day. Is it better to do 1 really intense workout of 2-3 mediocrely (sometimes little intense) intense workouts?
