  • When creating a batting line up, what are some factors to consider in its make up?

    So I've been nominated captain of my team and I'd like to do everything I can make sure we have our best chance of getting the championship for our league. That being said, I think our line up could use some work. Any tips on making a good batting line up would be greatly appreciated.

  • Can taking fish oil to reduce triglycerides also help you reduce body fat?

    So I've checked WebMD and Yahoo!Health and can't find a yay or nay to this question. I am overweight but am doing regular exercise now to lose the extra pounds. I've dropped 10 so far and my triglyceride level is still over 200. So now I'm considering fish oil to get the numbers under control and this question crossed my mind. Since tryglicerieds are stored in adipose (fatty tissue), I'm curious to find out if the tissue will decrease, at least to an extent, from taking fish oil.
