Knowledge is power, if the American people are kept ignorant, they will never have the power. I'm Independent, I believe the two party system has been detrimental to our system as a whole. It has for years created a my way or no way stance amongst the parties in Washington and the American people have had to pay the price. If you cant be objective and look at ALL ideas/thoughts/opinions, you have no business running our country. Lastly I am saddened that with the mess we are in that so many American are caught up in partisan politics and do not take the time or effort to find out more information on their own, and just believe whatever the talking heads in their party tell them. This is the age of information, USE IT!
