ok, firstly, its not my familys situation so i cant do anything about it, its my girlfriends... but id like your views on what to do as my and my girlfriend disagree...

He is 19, smokes drugs 24/7 (in the house) he has a TERRIBLE anger problem on him, has no job, expects everyone to pay his way and convinces himself the family are against him and he does nothing wrong. he tells his family to die and pushes past people (nearly knocking them down the stairs) etc although has not hit anyone, but i wouldnt put it past him. he continuously puts holes in walls, knocks doors of hinges and smashes windows in his outrages...

my oppininon is to call the police each time, kick him out, and stop paying his way.

my girlfriend (his brother) who has moved out and in with me says the parents are too scared to do anything, that he would comback, trash the place, hurt people and possibly burn the house down... so poilice/kicking him out is a no-no.

he has caused the parents to split up (still living there due to mnoey issues) one wants to now go to the poilice, the other doesnt. i think that he has ruined everything, people ALWAYS do what he wants as he will burst with anger, threaten, confront and intimidate them if they dont, and they just want an easy life. i think enough is enough...

my girlfriend says i dont understand that that it would mean putting their lives at risk, and everything they have worked for and that i dont understand and its not that easy...

i understand but its make a stand or put up with it forever?

everyweek my girlfriend cried over it and the mum too...

ADVISE PLEASE!!!!

..preferably scifi, and something like halo books or warhammer...

i can only find classics like peter pan :( you can get them from a library for free so i dont see why they couldnt be read online?

I am setting up a little photography business, just doing it around my fulltime job,

my question is, how and when do i need to do vat, how to i pay it to the gov? how do i set up the process? do i need to tell someone im also working from home? but doesnt my council tax go crazy?

any tips, advice or anything will help a LOT - im in the dark big time!

we have fire extinguishers all over the office and i need to somehow find out that by having them standing in a corner (well accessible and signed), are we breaking the law.

we have some on hooks, others in a special fire extinguisher plastic stand, but others nothing but signed?

i cant find out what the law is anywhere...

this is in england, so enlish laws would apply...
