I have not had the appraisal yet, but I already know there will be problems

finding comps. I live in a rural area and have two rental buildings on

a 2 acre lot, 4 apartments total. I reside in one.

however, zoning laws do not allow this anymore. since I was grandfathered

in, it's also unlikely anyone else would have been. my insurance carrier

tells you the replacement cost of the buildings would be $400,000.00

and the property taxes I pay must put a value on the property as well.

so is there a way around the problem. I understand the appraiser can

go up to 25 miles out of my area, but I doubt that will help.

can you assume that the amount your insurance company has insured you home for is fairly close

to it's actual value. of course, the amount of property is not taken into consideration, just the value

of the home to replace it.

need an guess-timate without the expense of a professional.

who is right, the internet says it's free and they teach in the national language of english

someone who lives in serrekunda i email says he has to pay $100 per kid and they only teach

in english in the private schools. he earns less than $100 a month and if he does not pay the tuition the kids are driven away from school until he can come up with the money.

please, no guessing if he is right i will help financially, but i don't want to get ripped off.

i was recently told they get a percentage of what their charges are plus your tip.

so if i was charged $150, what portion of that money would she receive plus my $40 tip.

this would be in pennsylvania, and she does not own the salon.

when i type on any other site, email, whatever, i can type at a normal speed. when i am on yahoo answers i have to really push hard on the keys so the entire word shows up. right now i am typing fine, but as soon as i go to answers, then i will miss at least one letter per word

unless i slow down and as i said really push hard on the keys.

i cleaned the key board but, since it is only yahoo answers, anyone

out there have the same problem, if so, how did you repair it.
