  • Is FIAT car being defective a problem? They had a reputation for being really bad.?

I previously asked this question: Why does FIAT have a really bad reputation? We bought a new Fiat in 2006 and it blew up in 2010 with less than 35000 miles done. It was repaired with a new engine and exactly the same happened in 2012 with less than an additional 17000 miles. Fiat refused to help. Is this normal? We had it serviced with a main fiat dealer. Does anyone think that this is normal for modern cars?

Fiat DID replace the original engine under warranty but I think they used parts from the first defective one to save themselves money.

The car had very light family only use.

The answers were perplexed. Where would I report this?
