  • How can I raise the height of my bed?

    Please don't suggest that I buy bed risers, they would be great if I had a metal framed bed, but I don't.

    My bed is wood framed. The legs are kind of weird because it used to be part of a bunk bed. The legs are about 6x1 inch.

    I'm trying to raise the bed because I desperately need more storage. So a bulky solution may as well be no solution.

    Also, as if that weren't enough, I would appreciate the simplest solution possible. I'm not very good with power tools.

  • How can I treat a cut on a small dog?

    My little Maltese got a small cut yesterday. It doesn't look very deep, maybe the first layer of skin, it didn't even bleed really. It's right behind her ear. Her hair is a little long and I wonder if hair getting in it will perhaps get it infected or keep it from healing as well. How should I treat it?
