I met a guy yesterday that's in the 82nd airborne and is stationed at ft Bragg. I asked what he did and he said he was part of special forces and was clearing rooms at one point.

recently enlisted into the Army with 13F as my MOS, I have an understanding of what fisters do, but I still have a few questions.

1. What do fisters do during peace time?

2. Can they attend different schools?

3. Is it difficult to reclass into SF?

I'm going for a spec ops contract this summer with the Airforce. Currently I meet the requirements for PJ or CCT, the only thing holding me back are braces, but they come off in June.

For several months I wanted to go PJ, but I have come across a problem, and this is where my question comes in. I don't have a medical intrest, its not that I don't like it, but I don't have an intrest in it. I know that the paramedic course pjs go through is a killer.

Would you recomend me going after a PJ contract even though I don't have a strong intrest in medicine?

Im going for a CCT contract, I have been training for several months now. in order to get the contract.I had to pass the PAST and be competitive as well. Recently, while I was swimming, i met a guy at the pool who is training for CCT as well. I asked some questions, but ultimately he told me there is no PAST to get the contract for PJ OR CCT. The PAST will be given the first day of Indoc, after BMT. Can any one confirm this?

I will be taking the PAST this summer, now. I don't want to know which one is harder or better, I would like some advice on what would be best for me. I plan on staying in the airforce for as long as possible. Eventually I do want to become either a CRO or STO. As a PJ I'll be EMT certified. Which I can make an EMT civilian career. As a CCT I can get a job working for the FAA as a traffic controller. The big difference is that, working for the FAA i would make a lot more money than being an EMT. I would honestly like to make a good living after the military. Now to my questions,

-who see's more combat?

-which has a higher risk?

-What do CCT's do when there is no war?

I'm an introvert, so I sometimes ask myself will being a paramedic really be for me? I don't really have an interest in medicine either. When i was in college i was working towards a communication degree, that's why i been leaning towards CCT. Then again it would be rewarding to safe lives for a living. Once again i have to look at all my cards before i chose my contract. To the troll's (in case their any) I meet the PAST minimum, I'm working on preparing myself physically, that way the mental battle wont be so difficult. Secondly, i am well aware CCT and PJ indoc have one the highest attrition rates as well as one the longest and hardest pipelines, but as Teddy Roosevelt said, "Believe you can and you're halfway there."

This weekend I went to the club for the first time, "ultrabar" if you live in dc you may know of it. Anyways I went with a few buddies of mine but they where AKWARD as it gets, I was trying to dance or pick up girls, they where right behind me just standing there looking like huge creeps, I really tried to have a good time but every time I tried to get away from them they just followed like they didn't have a mind for their own and I was getting pissed...should I just go clubbing with a different crowd or go alone??? Cause obviously my freinds are some AKWARD mofos!!!

I want to be in a relationship with a girl, everytime I tell a girl I want to get serious more than friends theirs always some bulls**t excuse for why they don't want to. I'm not some loser that has no skills I'm just tierd of picking up random girls. I guess I'm tierd of being lonley, not really a question just neede to release some thoughts to total strangers anyways duces.

Let me cut right to the point, I was texting this girl and after a few msgs I asked her "are you free this weekend?" In return she said "I work Saturday but I get of at 6 or 7" after that I replied but she didn't reply back. Now this was on Monday and today I plan on sending her another msg asking if she is still free for the weekend. My question is did she agree or what?

All my friends are out of town or have to go to Driver's ed well at least one of them I'm 17 and I have nothing to do and I live in the DC area any ideas???

I hit my dads truck and he is aware but the parts i need are: fender, headlight (driver side) and bumper...I work at a junk yard and they told me that they can help me out....I want to know how much is those three parts may cost me used/aftermarket plus the paint for those three parts.

I'm not getting much money from fasfa only $5500and my parents can only put up $5000 gs a year and I don't have no grants or scholarships yet, I was looking at loans from well fargos the bank and I wanted to borrow $10,000. I got a letter in the mail explaining where my interesting fall and worst case scenerio after my undergrad i would be more than $30,000 in debt rather then the 10gs I borrowed. I already sent my deposit for uni. My uncle is owns a business over in California but idk if I should ask him to borrow and that way avoid interest, I am considering communit college just because of the cost ugh!!!

Hi guys, I have been playing guitar a few years i never took lessons i just learned of YouTube, a few books, and a few online websites. I play for my schools jazz band but when it's my turn to solo it doesn't sound right idk if its just me or what. Most of the songs we play are on Bbm7 I goto solo its improvised but it doesn't sound right I'm playing within the scale but still it doesn't sound right do you have any tips?

Hello there we'll let's here about early this year I asked this girl to prom,(Let's call her Jane) she said yes,anyways we weren't that close we said hello and that was it, now it's April and we have been talking alot since I asked her out to prom and we have gone out on a few dares, and we rarely bring prom up. I like her she's different than most girls she knows what she wants and handles herself now my thing is i like her but I don't know if I should tell her, I told a common freind between me and Jane that i like Jane and my freind said just go for it and tell her.

This is my issue I lack self-confidence believe me If I had self confidence i wouldn't be on bloody yahoo, we'll what do you advise me to do??? Tell her how I feel or what?

Well hello there, soon i will be going off to Uni. now one of the top items on my shopping list is a laptop, should i get a pc or mac. Of course i will have a lot school work and will be using Microsoft office quite a lot. On the other hand i do like to play games like minecraft, tf2, sims 3, and then some. Finally im some what a photographer. If i get a mac book i plan on getting a 13 inch screen, pc i dont know honestly maybe the envy7. Well thats it thank you for your answers.
