I am trying to create a cookbook with local recipes from all over the country. I would like to gather a recipe along with something about the town the recipe is coming from as well as about the sender. If you would be willing to help out it would be greatly appreciated. I live in Upstate New York and here we eat spiedies. They are marinated chunks of meat skewered and barbequed then served on Italian bread. If you would like the recipe, please ask. Thanks
