Does the Diversity Visa Require a Petition?
I won the DV lottery and completed my IV Visa application (DS-260) file and got scheduled for the interview the next february .. on opening the us embassy website in Cairo where I'm having the interview .. it said that all applicants applying for a Immegrant Visa are required to submit a Petition to the USCIS..
I want to know if the Diversity visa applicants are also included in this .. Thank you
