I'm looking at a few rifles. Where I am the max capacity for semi automatic weapons is 5 to a magazine. The manufacturer I'm looking at sells higher capacities to other locations where allowed. They sell the same magazine with the gun, but they limit it to 5. Basically it says 5/20* with the disclaimer that the magazine is limited to 5. How exactly do they physically limit the magazine? Do they put some sort of stopper in, cut the spring?

Anyone know?

One of the things I noticed my friends and family asking, and even some on here, is what computer do you need. Probably because there are so many choices and uses of computers. So I build a website, and one of the features is a free quiz that you take and tells you the type of computer best suited to your needs (laptop, desktop, all in one, how powerful, features, etc.).

So is this something that you think people would use, or find useful if they didn't know much about computers and needed to buy one?
