Hey I was wondering if there were any other ways to ombré hair that doesn't include using bleach or hair dye. My mom says both will be too hath on my hair and will damage it but I really want the ombré look any ideas?

So recently I was at a very big volleyball tourney. My whole team was in the same hotel and I was in the hallway with one other girl walking because one girl locked us out if the room. Anyway I'm usually a fast walker so I turned around 2 look for her and fell on top of my foot I wanted to sit there and cry in a ball in the middle of the hallway but I got up cause an old man was coming... As soon as a tried putting weight on it I wanted to cry I hobbled to my room limping the whole way. My mom walked the girl back to her room and b4 she left she told me to take a shower. Well as soon as the door closed I burst into tears and sat there for 5 min crying then I limped to the bathroom still crying and took a shower standing on one foot the whole time crying. I did this around 8:00 the night b4 the huge volleyball tourney.. I cried in bed till 11 till I fell asleep from exgustion. The next day I got out of bed and it hurt just as bad ( on a scale from 1-10 and 10 is the worst it was a 9) We went to the tourney and I played he first game limping the whole time and trying not to cry... After that my mom took me to a first aid station with trained people who did tests in my foot and said I sprained a muscle and tore ligaments in my foot... They wrapped it for me and said I shouldn't play but I did anyway cause it was important .. Well I had to sit out the last few games cause the pain was so bad. It's been about 2 weeks now and the swelling and bruising has gone down a lot. But it's still bothering me.. My mom is offering to go to the doctors but I don't know if a should.:. Please help
