Hello, I have a question for anyone who has been on a diet and has recieved weight loss results. Thier are so many new/old diets out thier, some healthy and some dangerous and some ridiculous..I want to know what you have been doing, that works for you personaly and how much youve lost. Please detail on whatever foods/ excersizes/ time per excersize/ and length of the diet. Thank you :)..

Hello, my niece is 19 years old and was in school when two sheriffs walked in the school grounds and escorted her out, they questioned her if she had any drugs on her, they found nothing on her yet arrested her and made her take them to her home to do a home search. Yet still they found nothing and still arrested her. They put her down for six false alleggations. 2 counts of selling heroin, 2 counts of manufacturing heroin, and 2 counts of delivering heroin. My niece is from mexico, shes illegal but shes in the dream act program in school, her papers are processing. Shes in jail and ice now has ahold of her. My question is how can I get ice to let her go, so that I can pay her bond? And also I want to know what shes really facing, how many years imprisonment etc.. I want to fight these allegations and prove her innocence before actions take furture and deportation sets in. Please help me so that I can help her.
