Okay, I'm a frehsman in high school and I'm really not used to the attention I'm getting from boys. I mean I've had boys like me but it's different now. It's always a different boy. There's this one boy I like and he likes me, but then my somewhat ex still flirts with me and another boy, well two other boys I'm cool wit likes me. Then a friend of mine for over a year likes me and I jus found out last week a boy from his lil crew likes me. THEN, another boy was jus e-mailin me callin me his baby and stuff(I know him) and I'm jus threw. This is too much.

I don't wanna do any crash dieting I jus wanna lose wight, I'm 5'4" and I wight 152 pounds, but everyone says I don't look fat. Still I wanna tone my arms, legs and abs. Does anyone know what exercises and/or diets I can do to lose weight and tone my abs, legs, and arms?
