I'm into self-improvement. I own an AT&T cell store, love the gym, and I am vegan. I have a cute little doggie named Coco and an amazing girlfriend who is beautiful and intelligent. I am a knowledge junkie and love to read all subjects so if I answer your question you better believe I have studied or experienced it at some point. I dont talk about subjects I have no knowledge of. I am 9 credits away from my Master's Degree of Business Administration. (MBA)

  • How can I get Coco (my doggie) to poop outside? Also he runs away!!!?

Coco does pee outside 100% of the time but he poops inside 90% of the time. Thankfully he only eats dog food so its easy to clean but I need to break this habit as I have only had him 1 week.

The other thing I MUST break is his will to break out and run away. Everytime someone comes to the door he tries like heck to run away and this scares me so much because I am on a VERY busy street he could get hurt or worse in the blink of an eye.

I was thinking about a shock collar but all the ones I see are anti-barking. Coco does not have a barking problem. How about an electric fence at the front door and some sort of training collar combo? It is so dangerous for him where I live that I need both but I am a new dog owner and dont know of any reputable products.

Thanks so much, you would love Coco he is a Maltipoo and such a sweetie...

  • How can I ease my Maltipoo into his new surroundings?

My girlfriend's dog Coco is taking a new home with me as her mother doesn't want the dog anymore. Coco is the sweetest dog and he will definitely miss his old home. I'm concerned about his PSYCHE though because now I will be owner number 3 and he is less than 2 years old. I am very concerned that he will suffer emotional problems, my girl and her mom treated him with alot of love. The good news is that he knows me well from staying over there, taking him on walks alone, and even sleeps in my bed when I stay over there. Also my girlfriend will be over daily to see him, so the situation isnt terrible, I just love him so much I dont want him to be sad that he is leaving.

Does anyone have any cool ideas to make this transition as painless as possible?

I am going to make up a little Coco area in the apartment with his bowl, spoil him with a bunch of new toys, and whole bunch of bones. Also I wont be working in July so I plan on taking him to a bunch of cool parks to run around.
