So for the last week or so I've tried commenting on people's photos and out of no where Instagram says "action or content not allowed" I have no clue why it was saying this and I figured it would go away, it still hasn't so today I tried to post a birthday selfie, and when it posted it posted, but without the caption? So now it won't let me caption photos!! I've already unlinked my Facebook and I even changed my gmail account and added my phone number, I've deleted the app and reinstalled and even restart my phone! I really would appreciate some help!! :( thanks

My mom and dad are getting a divorce. My dad still loves my mom a lot but she's over him. Everytime he calls me he crys and tells me how sad he is and how he doesn't belong on earth. And he always says how mean my mom is to him. Which is sometimes true. I want to text him something to make him feel better but I don't know what to say that would make him feel better! I just got off the phone with him and he was crying and it makes me so sad to see and hear him sad, he also came to my game today and sat a bleacher in front of my mom and he just looked so sad please please help! Thank you.
