I've been feeling uncomfortable "down there" but I've always felt like that every since I was like 4 . it happens at random moments like when im exposed or in public places and it physically and mentally hurts me

I'm supposed to take them when I wake up in the morning but if i don't take them straight away my chest starts getting tight nd it feels like I can't breathe, after i take them it's fine

i use to think God put poision in my drinks. i always hear and see things and whenever my mom talks i always repeat what she says but as she's saying it . i also have social anxiety if that helps ,

something very traumatic happened to me when i was four. Ever since then I've been distant to people and when people ask me what's wrong I say nothing. personally I just don't like talking to people about my feelings.

my misophonia has gotten really bad over the last few days like i only got irritated with people chewing but now its just every noise and i just wana hurt myself or someone i already went to the doctor and she didnt say anything but i really need help i cant take it anymore

is there anyway i can get independent study in school next year because i cant stand people chewing in class

I've always been shy and I don't have a lot of friends I NEVER talk in school unless I absolutely have to when we have to get up in front of the class or do presentation I'd rather kill myself than do that .. my heart rate always goes up when I have to as well
