the door to the freeze was cracked it was 24hrs before we noticed it and the deer meat was all unfroze well the center of the meat was stil slightly frozen. Do you think it is ok to refreez?

My ex husband and I have been friends since we divorced back in 1995 and we have a son. Well we have been the best of friends for years and I have always nothing more than friends. Well he finally found him someone and well she doesnt really care for me to much and I really think she feels threaten by me when he is concerned. We dont hug and love on each other or any of that we just are Friends. He has also been friends with my family for all these years. He is my nephews best friend. This one he is now married has pushed until finally they are married and she made appoint to tell me how much better her wedding would be than mine was, she just goes on and on well lets go back a second when they were telling everyone they were getting married he couldnt even tell me. Well as she told me that I was never going to be invited to HER wedding. Which even if I was I wouldnt have went just the cause. I have already been married and I respect our friendship and gave him a invite to my wedding knowing he wouldnt come. I didnt rub my marriage in his face like she does and know him and I are no longer friends she is happy. Why do I feel so hurt about this? I dont Love him like that and havent for sometime. I feel like as my friend he could have let her know that we are friends and have been all of our sons life and ask her not to come between that. But he didnt he just told me I was being stupid. So how come I just cant get over it and move forward? They are invited to my nieces Birthday party this weekend and I'm pissed.

I spent 9 yrs of my life with a man and we had the greatest relationship I thought we laughed we never fought over anything big. He came in one day said he was leaving and never looked back. I cried days calling him begging him not to do this to us. He never gave one sign other than I'm done. I ask him tell me you don't love me anymore and he wouldn't. After calling for 2 yrs last Dec I just said well its time to quit he has not given any sign that he wants you in his life at all. I had not called or made any contact with him and in Aug of this year he just shows up on my door step. Now he wants to see me again I have ask him why and all he has said was maybe to get another hug also I was there through the darkest moments of this mans life. tell me what you think why after 3 yrs of silence and not seeing me why now?

what are the best ways to loose it exercise wise?

I have had my lap band since 2005 in 2007 it splip and never really worked like it did in the start. does anyone have a lap band? and have you gained weight after? I have gained about 25lbs back.
