“Because that’s what it’s all about, right?” Adriana had asked. Her twisted smile lit up her face, but it wasn’t a smile of happiness, it was more of an empty smile, the smile of a lost girl. Her fingers danced on the table, her eyes never leaving them. They both sat in silence before Adriana finally looked up.

“That’s what life is all about? We are born to die.” She looked him in the eyes, but she saw straight through him. There wasn’t a hint of emotion hidden within them.

Again they sat in silence. But it wasn’t an awkward one, it was a comfortable one. The kind of silence a whole movie theater shares after a breathtaking movie, or that two best friends encounter walking to class.

The silence was broken by a buzzing coming from Adriana’s purse. She dug through it and within a few seconds lifted out her white iPhone.

“I am so sorry!” she stressed the ‘so’, “but I have to take this.” And with that she grabbed her belongings and left the café.

Joey just smiled, the kind that said ‘it’s alright I understand.’ But he didn’t understand. He didn’t understand how they hadn’t seen each other in five years, and she couldn’t miss one phone call for him? Who was it that was so important that she just got up and left, barely even saying goodbye? In the midst of all his thoughts he didn’t even hear the barista calling out his name.

“Joey Hardings? Joey Hardings?” she had called. Joey quickly got up to receive his sandwich and coffee. He had expected to enjoy it with Adriana, but instead he trudged off to his room at the dorms.

Okay so my idea is about a girl named Adriana. She is 19 years old and a huge celebrity. While visiting her hometown and old friends Adriana also runs into Joey (her best friend since diapers till the age of 13 ) Basically there will be a love story with Joey ( I know I know, original) but what I am really interested and focused on writing is that Adriana will develop Depression and an Eating Disorder. So the story has a few plot lines:

-Adriana's reconciling with Joey

-Adriana handling the celebrity life

-Adriana dealing with her eating disorder and depression

There will be more but this is just he jist of it. What do you guys think? Please be 100% honest! I need criticism. Any ideas would be helpful too!

Okay so im thirteen year old and just started my monthly gift last summer. My cycle (since like november) has been around the 24th of each month, so i was supposed to get it around the 24th of April.... but i still havnt had it? Ive never had sex... so i cant be pregnant, right? What else could be wrong? Please help!

Okay so i want your completely honest opinions please:) here it goes:

In 2027 they found the cure for HIV. But what they dont know, is it created a virus beyond anyones imagination. The ability to make the dead, undead; even turning things alive, into creatures of the undead. No there not vampire, nor are the zombies. These creatures have incredible strength, speed, and agility. After the virus affected a few people, it got into water systems, and into certain animals. Luckily some people are immune to this disease, but that just means they have to survive the rest of the world that has turned into mutant creatures. Now Brielle, who just entered high school, and her best friend Lissa, must find away to make it to Alaska. Why Alaska? Because once the government found out about these creatures, they started building sort of "safe houses" in various places in North America. But Alaska is the only surviving "safe house" left. With no planes and trains operating, Brielle and a group of other survivors strive to make it to Alaska. But theres a twist, since the creatures took over there must be a leader of course, the ruler of all things evil. And this evil rulers son has his eyes set on a certain person.... Brielle. Now not only do they need to make it to Alaska alive, Brielle needs to make it there without becoming the lover of one of "them."

Now Brielle, Lissa, and a small group of people they met on the way, must find a way to survive the zombie Apocalypse. But the zombie outbreak is no accident; a couple years ago the goverment created a creature. A creature that was to be used as good, but turned into an evil creature. They tried to destroy it but it just became "undead." After it escaped the goverment has been trying to track it down, but sadly the creature carried a strange disease. The disease got in some water systems, and certain animals. Some people have been lucky and have become immune to the disease. Now Brielle must make it to the only "safe place" left in america... Okay so i'm throwing a going away party for my friend (we've been best friends since kindergarten and shes moving away): ) And i'm completely stumped on what to do! She's 13, girly, but is open to pretty much everything. There is going to be around 30ish people, boys and girls. So basically i was thinking and i wanted to write a book about the lifes of pre-teens/teenagers...... if youve ever seen the show Degrassi it is kind of like that, with people coming in and out of school, not just focused on one main person. It will have the difficulties of living a teen life, alcohol, drugs, social life, sexual stuff...... So does this sound like something that would interest you in reading? Any pointers/helpful information and ideas? Thanks!
