  • i am considering intermediate fasting to lose weight...?

    like i'll fast for a day 24hr, then the next day i'll eat healthily like breakfast snack lunch snack and dinner and the next day i'll fast and then again i know it may not so healthy but i know some people who did this and went pretty well and lost a considerable amount of weight... so what do you think? i doing it for 2 maybe 3 weeks. X

  • i need some excuses!?

    i know this gonna sound rough but there's nothing i can do... im gonna finish school in 3 days time and usually me and my friends meet up for quite sometime and the thing is one of my friends has a boyfriends and hes quite annoying and everywhere we go she always brings him along and i really hate going out with them cause its always boring.... can you please give me some excuses for like a whole summer!! i know its a bit wicked but i really hate it and i just cant come out and say it :/

  • can i have oatmeal meal with plain yoghurt instead of milk or water?

    i usually cook oatmeal with milk or water but i found out just yesterday that skimmed milk contains more calories, more fat, and less protein and i'd like to know if i could add yoghurt instead and if so when should i do so? i mean should i add the yoghurt as if im using milk or is there any other way?

    I've got this questionnaire in which it is about anorexia and there's this description box where one has to write what anorexia is all about, what makes people anorexic and there's this question in which say do you think anorexic people eat if so what do they eat.... i dont know exactly what to write what i know for sure that they dont eat much and maybe mostly fruit and veggies.... can you help me it's part of a project in which treats almost every aspects in life and i'd like to give my support maybe one day people will know how to handle anorexia .... thanks x

  • is this a good weight loss plan? i mean i really need to lose weight at least 6kgs in a month?

    is this plan healthy:

    breakfast: 1 wholemeal bread toasted topped with 1 tomato and lettuce and some green tea

    lunch: 1 boiled egg

    tea: 10 almonds

    dinner: salad made with lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers and mint leaves

    and i may vary some foods for the next day ...including plain light natural yoghurt mixed with apples, wholemeal crackers, some boiled vegetables, but mostly fruits & vegetables and some wholemeal bread.

    p.s is wholemeal bread healthy at all?

    so i really get bored because one of my friends is now in a relationship with this guy whos like a nerdish kind of guy and hes really annoying and i really cant stand him and everytime we go out with the rest of our friends, my friend brings him along each and every time and im really worried that this summer she would wanna go out with us and might as well bring him along.... and my other friends are a bit upset because if we tell her to stop bringing him along she would be offended wouldn't wanna speak to us again.

    p.s hes an ugly dude and his mates are worse ..I NEED SOME EXCUSES!!

  • how can i lose weight fast ...like 15kg in 3 months at maximum?

    so here's the story.... i really need to lose weight and i keep sayin ok i'll start tomorrow but somewhat i keep on eating unhealthy. i dont eat much meat infact i havent ate it in a while now i dont eat much dairy products either except for low fat plain yoghurts i like to mix it with fruits and all. i only drink water and teas/coffee however my biggest downfall is bread and sweets which i eat loads of them.

    i'd really like to know what should i do and eat for i lose that amount of weight
