acer aspire m7711 as windows 7 logo appears it shuts down?
hello, i have been given an acer aspire m7711. as the windows 7 logo appears there is a tic-tic sound inside the tower and it shuts down, then starts up again and tells me that it wasn't shut down properly. this happens every time. i have tried starting in safe mode and it goes tic-tic and shuts down. i have tried a new psu and a different hard drive but it just keeps shutting down. its hard to tell where the tic-tic sound comes from but it seems to be near the top of the tower?

the webcam works perfect but yahoo doesnt recognise it ive done everything that they say to do. when i click on devices the cam & the audio are both ticked & i cant untick either of them when i go to options & tick preview i get a popup saying this graph cannot preview
