I know there are main arteries/veins around the knock and each arm but do any cross the chest if a male anatomy and would a deep laceration cut them or is there just skin and muscle?

I'm a 20 year old male and began to notice I was removing myself from my friends. I began to stop meeting up with them or texting/ringing/ joining the party on Xbox etc. I've not felt bad or anything or lonely etc but when I think about it it's a bit strange. Does anyone know why I've down this? I also have post traumatic stress induced anxiety if that's hot anything to do with it? Thanks for answers in advance!

Had to finish my last job as I was suffering with depression. My parents took me back to their house but I just want to move out again as they drive me over the ******* wall with there constant nagging and suggestions and constraints they have. My anxiety is always heightened when my dad is round the house too. I want to move out but I can't face the prospect of working early in the morning again when I struggle to do simple things like brush my teeth and feed myself. Basically I want to end my life if I can't get out of this foggy Mind I'm stuck in!

Just feeling so tired all the time but I can't sleep. Waking up is extremely difficult. I have had blood tests and they came out well. Could it be related to depression?

I've tried researching for answers as to wether or not there lies any main veines or arteries etc below the skin surface. I self harm and was wondering whether or not the chest is relatively safe in comparison to other areas? Please don't tell me to stop as I understand what I'm doing and the risks involved, cheers!

I don t want to read anymore "stop cutting or self harming because it s dangerous and pointless" posts. I understand the risks but at the moment it s helping me out!

I was wondering if my chest region contains any main arteries or anything that could cause serious bleeding? I haven t been cutting deep on the chest yet but if I do is there anything to watch out for?
