You sue someone in state court. The military permanently moves you to another state. What can you do?
Say for example you are stationed in NYC. You sue a friend who also lives in NYC for X dollars (not sure if amount plays a role). While in the middle of the suit you (or both of you) are permanently relocated to a different states. What happens then? How do you continue with the suit?

Say one of your family members lives in a different state and got hit by their partner (who they are living with and you know they got hit because they called you and told you and don't want to call themselves). Can you call the cops in the state that your family member lives in? Or can only someone in the state/area where it happened call?
4 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade agoEvolution of humans and sences?
Evolution works on the principle of what is not needed for survival and what is needed get taken away and or added to that species genetics. My question is, in human beings what is the evolutionarily value and or purpose to being able to smell and being able to taste (not stating the obvious because we like/enjoy it). Thank you in advance to anyone who can answer my question.
