I ordered a package Sunday at 5pm EST. I used Priority Mail Express 1-Day. It says it was accepted at sort facility yesterday at 3pm. Will I definitely get it today? On the tracking page it still doesn't have any updates. It just says this:

I live in Detroit, will it come today? it's a really important package.

My boyfriend is 40 and I'm 27. He already has 2 kids and I don't. We have been dating a little over a month but have gotten pretty serious fast. He has given me a key to his apartment and we see each other almost daily. He just told me yesterday that he has a vasectomy. While I'm not planning on having kids anytime soon, I'm kind of sad that it never occurred to him to tell me. Do you think this is something that shouldn't bother me?

I know that everyone has different eating habits. I'm average in weight for my height and age and so is my boyfriend. But while I eat 3-4 times throughout the day depending on meal size, he only eats once. It makes me feel very self conscious about my eating habits. Even though I feel comfortable in my eight and know I'm healthy, I still know I would probably look better being about 10 pounds less. This makes me feel extremely self conscious when I'm hanging out with him because I want to eat more than he does. I don't know why his metabolism is the way it is, but I would hate eating only once a day and I find myself doing it when we spend the whole day together because I don't want to look like a heffer or something.

It has come to the point where it gives me anxiety to the point where I never plan a whole day of hanging out with him even if he wants to. Although he is completely unaware, I feel like this is hindering our relationship. Even though we have been together a long time, I never spend more than 5 hours with him at a time even though he wants to take trips and spend longer periods with me. How do I fix this?

My teenage son is 17 years old. When he was 12 he came out as gay. Since he was 14 he expressed the desire to transition. Under supervision we have giver her that ability under doctor supervision but not until she is 18 can she fully transition. She wears female clothes, wears makeup, and the entire family and school is fully supportive. The qualms I have are with the school not letting her use the female restroom. All the girls at school have embraced her and don't seem to have any problem with her using the female restrooms. Is this something I should take to the school board, or is it something that can't be fought and just has to be accepted until she is fully transitioned?

Say you eat a relatively normal diet, what food would pump you up quickly to perform a physically exerting challenge? Would it be a lot of carbs? Or a whole bunch of protein? This would execute both endurance and strength - very suddenly. Thanks so much for the help!

I am 27 years old and no longer under an parental influence. However, I come from a traditional foreign family and visit about twice a week. They have 3 dogs. One dog in particular is very old, who will sadly will be have to be put down in the next year or two. He has lost most hearing and sight. I love the guy so much. He frequently pees throughout the house, which never used to be a problem. I assume it's just due to old age. When this happens my parents scold him and hit hit him in a very harsh manner. Very much more harsh than (in my opinion) a potty training puppy should be treated. He screams and yelps and I feel so terrible and yell at my parents for this, but they don't seem to understand my case. I have begged them for me to take on the dog's care and live with me but they brush me off and won't allow it. I feel so terrible for this animal and don't know how to convince my foreign parents that this isn't the right treatment. They are not bad people, I just don't think they understand.

I've had my ears to a 0 gauge about 8 years ago. I decided to restretch them. They had shrunk back up to a size 14. I know you're supposed to wait at least a month between sizes, but is that true for even very small sizes? I couldn't fit a 12g in when I started again, but today it fits (a few days later). Do I still have to wait the whole month before going from 14 to 12?

I know that you should go into a field that interests you, but all my areas of interest are not practical. I don't really have any skills. Just out of curiosity what career can you get out of a community college or vocation school that pays the most but is not very difficult? I don't have much money for schooling and I'm in my mid 20s.

I'm trying to buy something from Hong Kong where they only accept Western Union. Is this a scam? Say I pay the money and they never ship the item, is there a way to get my money back?

to settle an argument

Someone stole my laptop. I hired a detective because it wasn't just my laptop. I had an "if found please call" on it. A week after it was stolen someone (the person who stole it) called me from a blocked number. Can/will the police check my phone records to find out who it is through my phone records or whatever even though it was blocked? The police detective hasn't gotten back to me on this.

So about 2 weeks ago I had a broken leg and was staying with my sister so she could take care of me. While she was at work one day I took my dog up to the park right next to her house and found a laptop on a bench in the park. No one was around so I took it inside. My sister's neighborhood has an email newsletter thing so we made a posting on there. After a couple of days with no response I call the police department and explained what happened so they came and picked it up. The next day while my sister was at work a 2 people were the and one with a badge around her neck. They said that the laptop had been traced to this house. I explained I had turned it in and they called the police department to confirm it. It checked out but she said I had to come into the police station to make a statement and said it would take about an hour. I'm back where I live an hour away still with a broken leg. By law, do I HAVE to? What will happen if I don't? I turned it in and did the right thing and just want to be done with it.

Anyway, I'm terrible on aftercare on this one but thaat's not the point. My guys tells me to use A&D ointment for 24 hours and then switch to lotion, so I do. No matter how often that lotion is applied it flakes and scabs. BFD right? Well, the scabs always seem to get ripped off on my clothes or something and then the color on the spot it much lighter and faded. Wack. This never happens when I use A&D. So I would just use that but tattooers are like "nooo. you'll diiiie. loljkjk"

But how bad is it REALLY? I just like it better. Is it really going to do a bunch of damage?

I know it's possible to change you IP address. I was ripped off online and I have the guy's email so I was thinking they could trace his IP address. But what if he changes it? Could he still be traced?

I sold my ipad on craigslist for $400 and the check they gave me ended up being stolen. Can the police do anything about this? Can they contact Craigslist and find the persons IP address or something? I don''t have any of their information or know where they live.

I had my iPad 2 stolen and I think it might have been sold on ebay. Is there any way to find out the ebay account? And is there anything I can do to my iPad to lock it and say it's stolen or something?
