ok, im 19 yrs old and weigh around 130 lbs and am 5' 6''. I exersise almost every day. This includes cardio, pushups and pull ups, and ocasional exersise with free weights. I feel as though i still have a childs body and not a mans body. What can i do to look wider and more muscular. I dont want to get a belly though.

On the left hand side of my laptop screen (hp dv6000) it looks almost like a light bulb that is about to give out. For the first couple of seconds that i turn on my laptop it appears fine, then the above happens? Does anyone know why and how i may fix it.
