So I am not a small guy by any means but my wife weights close to 300 lbs and she keeps eating! She has always been big but now, like I said she close to three bills, she smells BAD...like sweat and mold, she clogs the toilet all of the time, and she spends thousands of dollars on hcg and healthy foods and the she will have McDonalds for lunch... To top it off... When she is home she stays in her pajamas all day and only showers if she goes somewhere...even then she doesnt always shower. Should I leave her for someone who at least showers?

My wife's sister eloped with a guy she met on the Internet after 3 months. She is still having a wedding, ceremony and all. This is obviously not a wedding but an opportunity to get gifts and attention. Should I pretend that I am not disgusted so to keep the peace or should I keep voicing my opinion?

What will have the most favorable impact on the economy?

I know there are provisions in the law that states that a person does not have to give any information regarding their religion but what if the entire idea of a census is against someone's religion? Does the Census trump the 1st? Also the law uses gender specific terms. Does this make the law invalid considering strict scrutiny could be applied to it?

(a) Whoever, being over eighteen years of age refuses or willfully neglects, when requested by the Secretary, or by any other authorized officer or employee of the Department of Commerce or bureau or agency thereof acting under the instructions of the Secretary or authorized officer, to answer, to the best of his knowledge, any of the questions on any schedule submitted to him in connection with any census or survey provided for by subchapters I, II, IV, and V of chapter 5 of this title, applying to himself or to the family to which he belongs or is related, or to the farm or farms of which he or his family is the occupant, shall be fined not more than $100.

I would like to hear arguments from both sides explaining why Obama is or is not a socialist. To be perfectly honest the only argument I have heard from the left has been "no he's not" whining. I would like to hear a REAL and educated answer as to why he is not a socialist.

For the right I would like to hear something more than Obama is not an American. I want to read something that either gives me a new understanding or re-enforces what I already believe.

It seems everytime I look at Yahoo there is a new story from A.P. about health care. It is always "fact checking" the Republican's claims to what this health care would do yet there has never been a fact check done in favor of the Republicans. Regardless of your political agenda wouldn't it be nice to hear the truth rather than what the media wants to feed us?

With the dems wanting to pay for their health care plan with taxes collected from the rich, how long will it take for the "rich" to leave the U.S. or for the rich to stop doing thing that make money? How long will it take for the requirements of being rich according to the government be lowered when they do not collect enough money?

Obama has spent trillions on moving the war in Iraq to Afghanistan, bailing out private business, socializing health care, and who knows what else. Will Americans vote for him again or will Americans see that government has no place in private lives of Americans.

I have a book I some how acquired in a monastery in New York. "The Doctrine of Sacrifice" by F.D. Maurice. It is not a first edition however it is the new edition published in 1879. I am curious if I am a moron for having never heard of the book or the author but even more curious to know if I have a book that has a monetary value. Thanks for any reply.

Just thought I would ask.

I have to wonder why anyone would support Hillary or Obama. I have heard several people say Hillary would be a good president because we need change. Same with Obama. Neither of them have any experince to offer.

The only explination I can come up with is that people are supporting them because of skin color or gender. Not for any substantive reason.

I am constantly confused by the left. They controll the majority of American media and yet they still complain that we have Fox news and am radio. I cannot help but wonder if these people even watch the news or are they just spewing the liberal propaganda they are hearing on the streets.

Do the majority of Democrats believe that raising taxes help the economy?

Not that I believe that Bill Clinton did anything for our economy but aside from him what Democrats have actually done anything beneficial for the economy?

As a matter of fact… are there any Democrats that have created any positive changes in America?
