Help with system recovery?
Very frustrating issue I have here:
I have a Compaq Pesario v5000 and I just did a system recovery on it due to Windows Explorer not working properly. Windows XP was restored but I did this before awhile back and it pretty much wiped my HD clean. So I got my important files off and left the stuff I didn't need like my music. I know how to extract music off an iPod so it kinda backs it up for me. I didn't delete my music before the recovery and now everything seemed like it was back to normal. Until I looked at my disk space... there should have been at LEAST 20 or 30 gig's returned with the absence of my music, and my programs erased... (which were NOT erased oddly enough. Many were still on the destop even, but required reinstallation)
In a nutshell, I suspect that somehow my music is still on the HD... however I can't find it... so if anyone had advice on what to do please please help! I don't care if I get the music back, I just want that disk space cleared! If you even have a hunch on where to look or what programs I should use to get rid of these go ahead and post...

From what I've heard, he got into a drunken fist-fight with Hetfield about him kicking Mustaine's dog...
