Hello. I’m trying to pick up a hobby and lately I’ve been watching a lot of “Restoration” videos on electronics. New and Old. I feel as though I watch “simple” videos. And I say this because I know I’m going to get response saying “it’s not as easy as it looks”. Of course it’s trial and error and I’d start small and work my way up.

In these videos people take old consoles or hand held devices and they take it apart carefully, dust it, clean internal/external parts(wires, motherboards, springs), and than out them back together. They don’t seem to ever really mess with the actual component or replace anything. It’s just a nice cleaning from inside out. 

They seem to buy them “broken/poo conditions on eBay” and when they revive the item 90% of the time it doesn’t work. All they do it that “cleaning” process and it works after.

I just want to do this as a fun little hobby. I plan to start with something small like a GameBoy or old wii system. 

What are your thoughts on this? Is there more to it that they don’t show? Yes it’s not 100% they item will work, but are the chances still high in a simple deep cleaning? Or do I really need to learn how to solder and program?

Recently my friends have gotten into skating and we’re looking for places to skate. I’ve been skating almost 15 years and I was talking to them about how going downhills is the best and relaxing, but that was up north where I could ride for MILES without having to push. Sadly FL has no parks that have hills because this state is FLAT. I told them our best bet is a parking garage because we could park our car, take the elevator/stairs to the top, and just ride the ramps down and repeat ^-^ I’ve been in FL for 10+ years and I only know of a few garages. There are:-The AMC/Altamonte Mall Garage but that’s JUST a bit too far.

-Downtown Disney, but their security would kick us out or arrest us in an instant.

-LOTS of garages in downtown Orlando but those you'd have to pay for. (I can park somewhere free and walk)

-Orlando Eye Garage is good. No security, but its always super BUSY. We’d probably only be able to use the top 2/3 floors.

We’re most likely going to use the Orlando eye because I’ve never had issues there, but are there any I’m missing/can’t think of? Or do you know of a good place to get the feeling of “downhill” riding?

I’ll keep this short a sweet. My roommate and I share an apartment and she has someone I don’t like come over sometimes for visits. And when I say I don’t like this person, I mean I HATE this person. 

Things have clearly gotten kore and more heated and my roommate understands where my anger and frustration comes from, so it’s no surprise to anyone.

My question is if this person steps into my apartment, and tried to start problems with me.....can I kick them out?! And if they don’t leave, am I allowed to pull my bat on them? Is it self defense considered self defense because they make me uncomfortable/unsafe in my apartment?

(Yes I understand I can call the cops, but I need this person to never come again. Just a scare.)

had a BFF of 10 YEARS, drop me because she misunderstood me. I was furious because she didn’t even let me EXPLAIN.

I don’t “one up” people I get inspire. At the time she had an apartment that I thought was actually pretty nice! So nice that I looked up the neighborhood to see the price and sizes they have. A year later, I found an apartment that was bigger, cheaper, and in a nice area. What did I do wrong? All I did was research and she said I was trying to be better than her?!

A few months later we were BOTH looking for cars. I atold her “I want to get my DREAM car, not just a car I am afford. A car that I WANT and know I’ll treasure.” I got my dream car.....and she got an average sedan. A nice one! I asked her “How is it?! After that, she cut me like cold turkey calling me toxic and egotistical.

What did I do/say wrong?! If it wasn’t for her getting an apartment first, it wouldn’t have sparked something in me to get my own place. To have my own place like my BFF. Same with the car! I set my own goals for me! Not for her! Not for us! ME! Did she think I looked down to her, I looked up to her!

This all happened 5 months ago and she hasn’t talked or looked at me since than. But lately, it’s like she’s been trying to talk to me again and idk how I feel! She totally threw **** in my face without asking for an explanation!

Hello. I recently just got an old friend of mine’s snake. He’s 1.5 years old and I’ve played and taken care of him LOTS of times at her house, but the snake is now mine. I JUST fed him a rat about 30 minutes ago. How long do I have to wait to be able to handle him?

Ok, so I’ve been Best Friends with this girl for 10 YEARS! We’ve been through everything, but about a year ago she started to date this new girl. I like this girl at first, I really did. But than my best friend told me about how she cheated on her. My best friend was deviated and so hurt. She told me she had cut her off because of it. I mean that’s what you should do with a cheater!

Anyways, for thanksgiving she invited me over and she told me that her and that girl are working things out and to be nice when I show up. I’m sorry but I just popped the **** off! I HATE CHEATERS!!!!! If you truly love someone you wouldn’t cheat let alone think about it! Cheating is the unlimite **** YOU to someone! I think it’s a VERY serious thing! And UGGHH!!!! I’m mad because why would she do that?!?! She says it’s because she loves her and she trying to make it up but JESUS CHRIST!! THIS GIRL WAS WITH ANOTHER GIRL WHILE WITH YOU?!?! AND YOURE GOING TO LET HER BACK IN?!

IM MAD NOT JEALOUS! I’m mad because she knows her family wouldn’t allow this, and because SHE DESERVES BETTER and she taking this like nothing! I hate her GF so much I can’t even look at my best friend! I’m so ******* mad looking and thinking about either of them ENRAGES ME! To the point where my heart is racing, I’m sweating, I have my fists tight and I’m shaking like crazy! I told her that if I EVER see that girl, there WILL be blood and no stopping.

My names Nataly I’m 22 and I’ve lived in Florida for a little over 10 years. I’m in Orlando a couple minutes away from the airport.

So here the issue. My girlfriend and I are going to celebrate our 3 year anniversary, but I/we can think of anywhere to go or anything to do! We’ve don’t all the parks, springs, clubs, restaurants, beaches, exhibits etc.! We went to Anna Marie Island last year and it was ok. We have Orlando Florida clear I know that. But please!

Does anyone know of anywhere or anything to do in or outside of Orlando?! WE’D LOVE AN EXCUSE FOR A ROAD TRIP! So distance is never an issue, it’s just if we leave Orlando to go South or North. We wouldn’t know where to book a hotel or what to do.

Can some of you guys out there give me location ideas alone with things to do? Our anniversary is at the end of September and we’re looking to go out for about 3 days.

I just need 3 amazing/fun things to do outside Orlando. PLEASE HELP! I wanna make this special and memorable for her!

Hello, my name is Nataly though it is now 2019, I still play the Pokémon TCG with my girlfriend. We recently went to GameStop to buy cards like we always do. And when we go home, we opened our new decks and got to playing. (We don’t look at the deck, we just shuffle, and play. Try it, it’s fun!) As the game went on it was my turn, I drew a card and I just HAD to stop the game. I said “babe seriously though, I can’t play this card” and she asked “why”. I showered her the card and it was a Basic Skorupi, but when I looked at the Hp...it said “Hp 7000”! This can’t be right! Did GameStop sell me a fake deck? Is this card a mestake? Or did I get lucky and find something rare? I don’t want to say it’s fake because I worked at a GameStop and we don’t see fake Pokémon products! I’m just confused! Can anyone who knows about Pokémon help?

Does anyone know of any abandoned places in Orlando? I try to look some up and everytime I think I found a place, I read to find out that it's been demolished. So does anyone know of any that are still up?

I have a song that s in my head that I can t remember! I don t know the artist/band, name of the song, or the tune! All I remember is the music video! It was a black and white music video and it started off with a man in bed with song girl. He starts to sing about how he doesn t love her anymore or how she doesn t love him. And he s getting out of bed and as he s getting out of bed he s getting dressed and putting on his shoes and jacket. And when he tries to get out of bed, the girl pulls him back but he just wants to leave.

Can ANYONE help me find this song or know it!? I ve tried EVERYTHING and all that pops up for something like that is "My Chemical Romance- I Don t Love You" and that s NOT the song.

So recently got my license and my father is going to take me out car shopping this weekend. Of course my first car will be a used car, and I'm perfectly fine with that. Anyways, here's when my question comes in. Ever since I was young my dream car was a mustang. I don't car what year, just a mustang would make me happy. My car money budget is $7500. And when I searched used mustangs, the years vary from 1997-2006. Of course I only looked for year 2000 and up. And I was just wondering, would the mileage still be good from a mustangs around those years? I would also appreciate a list of pros and cons. Thank you.

My girlfriend and I want to stop smoking and friends and family have told us to by a tobacco/nicotine free hookah pen. So here's my question, "Does the pen itself have tobacco/nicotine?" or "Is it based on the liquid put inside?"

Ok so I'm a girl in high school. I have an amazing girl friend and we've been going out for about 6 months now. Everyone at school knows we're together but, any ways.

Well in my area lots of the people like to throw house parties when their parents are gone and of course me and my girlfriend get invited. So here is when question comes in.

At some point during the party my and my girl friend make out where ever. So sometimes the guys come over to us with their cameras and say "More more. Kiss some more!". When we make out they said its hot, sexy, or cute. But when 2 guys make out its gross or disgusting. Why is that? Why can 2 girls kiss and its sexy, but when 2 guys kiss its gross?

And I don't want to here "it's just nasty". No, give me reasons.

Ok so my friend and i have been best friends since 8th grade and were both in 10th grade, 16 and in high school. She's straight and I'm bi. I don't know why but for the past couple of weeks i've been seeing her as more then a best friend. We hang out EVERY DAY. We hold hands and hug but i think she just does it in a friendly way. Her name is Cynthia and she's so beautiful. She's the most nicest person ever and she has the most adorable laugh you could every hear. I'd do anything just to get a chuckle out of her. But last Friday we got invited to a boy/girl party and it was crazy. They took spin the bottle to an extreme. Instead of 7 minutes in heaven they made it an hour. When someone spun the bottle it landed on Cynthia and they made us go in the closet. For the 1st 10 minutes we just talked but then she started to rub my leg and get real close. I had this amazing feeling in my stomach but she was my BEST FRIEND, I knew it was wrong but then we ended up making out for the full hour. It wasn't just lips their was tongue here and there. When we got out she held my hand and some how we ended up back in the closet and it was more intense that time. Ever since that day every time we hang out we kiss at some point. I don't know if that means she likes me or not but i hope she does. I want to ask her out but she's straight and i dont know what she'd say.

What should I do?

For the past couple of months I've been starting to like like girls. But i feel as thought I'm starting to fall for my best friend. I'm 16 and so is she. I've known her since 8th grade and were both girls now in 10th. I have 5 classes with her and we always sit next to each other. We tell each other everything, and we always talk and text each other. But now I feel as thought I want to be with her as thought we were boyfriend and girlfriend. I've been wanting to tell her how I feel but i don't want to creep her out or ruin our friendship. One time she was out with friends and she got high and she texted me so I went to her house. She was crazy and home alone so i took care of her. We were in her room and i guess she didn't know what was happening so we ended up making out. When her parents came home I had to leave through her window. The next day I texted her and I asked her if she liked me and she seemed pissed that i brought that night up. She said "I love you as a friend but forget that night, nothing happened". Personally i was heart broken because I really like her and would do ANYTHING for her. So every day for the past couple of weeks I've been buying her candy to show that I like her but she doesn't get the signs. I wanted to talk about that night but something told me not to. I wanted to tell her how I feel but I just got to scared of what she might say. So one day i created an account and acted like an anonymous person trying to hook me and her up but she just kept saying no I'm straight. Then a couple days later we went to a teen club and she got high...again and the same thing happened. I have a feeling as though the only time she wanted to kiss me is when she's high, but when she's not and I talk about it she gets mad and denies everything. She just doesn't know how BADLY i want to be with her. Every time we hang out I get nervous, especially when were in her room alone. Every time i think about her I always smile. And I can never forget those times we made out. Can you guys help? PLEASE!!!
