Nothing seems to help. We've thought, perhaps, that this is eczema or maybe something else?

So I've been with my boyfriend for 4 years. He has 2 kids and got divorced 2 months before meeting me. We have been on and off a couple of times, however haven't been apart for more than a month or a month and a half total (by apart I mean out of the relationship). I have done a lot for this man over the last 4 years. A lot more than he has done for me! Only lately he has started making me feel like he cares and he's giving me a lot more attention than he used to and he even spends money on gifts, etc. whereas he never used to before.

We have been going through a custody battle for his kids and I have learned a lot about him through this battle that I didn't know before and I didn't like that side of him. Last year it almost broke us up even, but once the case calmed down we were able to move on with our lives.

We won the custody of the kids and the ex wife appealed. I wasn't a part of the actual court case but I was behind the scenes and as a result of this custody battle, all of the text messages in possession of his ex wife were revealed. According to her text messages, he's cheated on me more than once over the first 3 years of our relationship. He says that she fabricated the messages, but I know she's not smart enough to do that. She did temper with the messages here and there by adding comments to them, but overall she hasn't touched them.

He just keeps denying it. All the times when she claims he slept with her are the days that we weren't together for one reason or another (like I had to study for exams or something so would take the day off, etc.). The time stamps, everything matches. She's even got stuff in the messages that she couldn't have known unless he specifically told her.

I don't believe him. He's telling me stuff like "so much for trust" and other things that make me look bad. I think he's lying and thinking about leaving him.

What do you think? Is he cheating?

My boyfriend is breaking up with me, because I, supposedly, show the same red flags as his ex wife... She divorced him. He has been divorced since March of 2009 (the separation was end of 2008). He thinks that since there are some similarities in the way I handle things, I may end up breaking up with him eventually, so he's trying not to make the same mistake. I'm crushed and don't know what to do. I don't want to be with anyone else and I don't think I ever will. This is extremely painful. How can I convince him that I wouldn't be able to leave him because of how much he means to me?

I got a ticket for "impeding on the right of way" of other vehicles. I think it was unreasonable and undeserved. I'm going to try it in court. Where can I find the parking laws of National Parks? It is the US District court of Nevada.

I understand that exclusivity is a two way deal (meaning both partners must decide when they are ready to be exclusive in a given relationship). In your opinion, how long should one continue dating before going exclusive? When does the fact that your partner is still seeing other people start bothering you? And when you are ready for exclusivity and your partner isn't, do you wait no matter how long it takes? Do you move on? Do you think it's disrespectful if your partner prefers to keep dating rather than going exclusive?

Hello! We're trying to re-upholster our dining chairs. They are a white color (of course you can't even tell the original color by looking at them anymore :P)... We were thinking to use a fabric that will be childproof this time around. Are there any suggestions? We're looking for something that will keep its color and won't absorb anything that is spilled or anything like that. Something that will keep 2 and 1 year old kids from ruining them again. Please help! :)
