I'm currently crossing my junior year, almost done with it, and Medicine has called my attention. I know it's a long career, and it will be hard. However, I'd like to know which are ones are the best Medicine schools in the United States. If I could get a list in descending order it would be awesome.

My GF was supposed to get her period yesterday or today, and she has not yet. We have not had intercourse but our genitals have been quite close together, but no there has been no penetration. She has been telling me about stomache aches, back pains, nauseas, and today while everyone was cold, she told me she was hot. Everything she has told me I've googled and everything relates to pregnancy. We are both very worried. It's been like this for a month and now that she's late it's even more concerning to us. I read that another cause for late periods is stress, and we've been up to our throats with this situation. We are really scared and stressed out, at least I am.

Could she be pregnant? Is she not? I know the only sure way to tell is using a pregnancy test, but we'd like to wait and see what happens.

I'm really worried, we both are.

She's having headaches and nauseas. She's usually like this, she always has this and throws up constantly. But on valentines I was with her and things heated up. We didn't have intercourse but we did touch each other and I after I finished I cleaned up. I can't really recall the moment nor do I remember it exactly, but I can't remember if I touched her with me semen in my hand or not. My bones are shaking and so are hers. How can we tell if she's pregnant or not? It's been only a few days and her period is not until the 5th or 6th but how else can we tell?

I've been trying to install Windows 7 Ultimate to my MBP 13" 2011 for the past two days. I've been stuck at the same place. :s I tried using Parallels and even though it worked it was too laggy and I decided to do it via bootcamp.

I've already burned the Windows 7 ISO to a blank disc. I've also partitioned my disk to 50GB's. Once it's done partitioning my MBP restarts and instead of having the Windows 7 Installer, I get a black screen saying No bootable device found. I haven't tried it with a USB because I don't get the option in bootcamp. Anyways, I'm desperate. I need help. :s Can anyone please please help me.
