  • What is going on with our money?

Is there something wrong with our money? It has been reported that £41 million of £1 coins in circulation are fakes. My mother collected her pension, along with my fathers Just over £300 or so from a Clydesdale bank (made up of £20's and £10's), crossed over to the post office to pay her rent. The post office refused the money, because checking the notes they said it was counterfeit. So I ask, what is going on with our money if even a bank is passing dud notes!

  • Do Youtube pay royalties?

I was wondering Do the site owners of Youtube pay any royalties on music, videos or any other content displayed on their pages. The general copyright can be vague at times, but surely if a video or recording by an artist that gets published by them is copyright by the artist. Some can end up getting over 1 million views, also if you add that some videos have advertising. Do the artist get any of the advertising revenue?

  • Google search engine and meta tags?

My web page Central DGR has the following meta name description "repairs to all double glazed windows, conservatories, doors locks, handles and fittings. no matter who fitted them."

But if i type centraldgr.com into Google search, Google display this: "Find Cash Advance, Debt Consolidation and more at Centraldgr.com. Get the best of Insurance or Free Credit Report, browse our section on Cell Phones or ..." which has absolutely nothing to do with my meta tags or any content on the entire website.

I have run several online checkers for mallware in web sites that came up clean. I also deleted all files from the server, went through every bit of html, php, css etc found nothing and uploaded to server again. Yahoo and Bing search engines show the meta correctly, just Google that screws it up.

  • Legal question regarding charges?

I have a friend that lives in Scotland, who was arrested over an incident while holidaying in Yorkshire. After arrest, he was held over night and released next day on bail while no charge was actually made at the time. He has now heard from his solicitor that he has to go back down at his own expense (a distance of around 300 mile) to be formally charged at the same police station, then it appears have to travel down a further 2 - 3 times for court appearances. My friend has asked if he can be charged at a police station closer to his home and stated he wants to plead guilty by letter to any court but his solicitor says he has to attend the actual police office dealing with the matter then attend court in that area as required. Charge is a minor GBH first offence. Any advice please?

  • How to Beat the Lottery?

Searching the Internet, I'm amazed at the number of programs claiming that those systems can win you the Lottery, well here is a foolproof way that anybody anywhere can beat the lottery system. It's so easy! (these facts are for United Kingdom Lottery, but can be adapted for any lottery).

Tuesday! instead of playing Thunderball at £1 and Euromillions at £2, put the cash in a jar.

Wednesday! instead of playing Lottery at £1 + Plus 5 at £1 + Thunderball at £1, put that in the jar.

Friday! instead of playing Thunderball at £1 and Euromillions at £2, put the cash ina jar.

Saturday! Put the £1 for Lottery, £1 for Plus 5 and £1 for Thunderball in the jar.

Do this from now until Christmas, and walla! You've got over £500. Now, if anybody told you that you are guaranteed a £500 win every year from playing lottery games would you believe them? In fact, How much have yo ever won on the lottery in total. I bet very few have ever won anywhere near £500.

That's the way to beat the Lottery! Remeber I said Beat the Lottery!

  • Should I have been xrayed?

I have extreme bad pain in the right of my stomach, which has now spread up to just under the right breast and now to my back. I attended the A & E department where a doctor had some blood tests done, after which he told me your blood is fine and sent me home. Now I am unable to sleep. Should I have been xrayed?

  • Are BT ripping me off?

I have been with BT for my broadband and phone since January (option 1) with a 10 GB allowance. Each month they have increased the amount--- month 1 = £24.99, month 2 = £27.99 month 3 = £29.99. They email me on 9th April sayin watch your usage as you have downloaded 7 GB this month. I thought OK!, I will be careful for rest of the month. 24 Hours later tthey email me sayin I have used 29 GB. Surely they are at it, and should I take this to trading standards?
