My employer inadvertently terminated my employment. I was told it was a mistake and continued working. My wife had surgery and I was told that my insurance was canceled. Since I was mistakenly terminated, can I sue my employer if they do not fix the problem. We had the surgery because as far as I knew, I was insured.

Why is all the media acting like Romo parted the red sea after he won a game in S.F. that he should have easily won? The Cowboys had to go into O.T. to squeak by a lousy team. I understand that Romo played with a fractured rib but others have done a lot more with worse injuries! I have no beef with Romo. I think he is a decent Q.B. who has talent but it will take more then a win over a mediocre, at best,team to reverse all the mistakes he has made in his career.

How come when N.E. was pulling out games with crap like the tuck rule, or winning in the 4th quarter, they are great. The same could be said for the Colts, but when the Jets do it, they are Lucky? By the way, the Jets beat the Pats, The Browns stomped the Pats and the Jets beat them, too. The teams don't control their own schedule, they play whomever is next. I'm sick of hearing about how teams that win close games are great, except the Jets, they are lucky!

I have been doing real estate for 5 months now, I only do it in my spare time. I have 2 active listings and 1 sale pending (close Nov. 22nd). Is this a decent start? I work with a small brokerage in upstate N.Y. so I really don't have any way to gauge my progress. How long does it usually take to make 1st sale?

I live in upstate n.y. and was wondering, why did chuck shumer agree, from day 1, with voting yes on health care. Other congress people and senators held out for sweetheart deals for their states. Chuck just sat there agreeing to everything. isn't part of his job looking out for n.y. first? why no deals for us, like nebraska and louisiana?is chuck incompetent or what?

Can anybody explain how Obama gives himself a B+? First of all, if he had any class, he would have said something like " that's for the people to decide" or" I'm to busy to think about that" or even "an I for incomplete. No, this clueless, self absorbed knucklehead says " a solid B+" Lets see, he tripled the deficit and has unemployment at 10%. His own party(thankfully) is fighting his disastrous health care plan and he has the balls to give himself a B+? I wish I went to his school! Can someone please explain this?

Since Obama became President, can anyone come up with 1 original idea he has had. Seems to me he leaves all policy decisions to others. I voted for him because of all this sweeping change he promised. Everyone says to give him time, he is almost 1/4 through his term and all he has done is triple the debt. He claims he has saved jobs, of course this is unverifiable. His party controls everything yet we have diddly to show for it.
