SEC is the best.

The SEC plays the hardest schedule in the nation, week in and week out. Why should we be expected to play on the road? We've won half of the BCS titles, we have the best looking women, and no one has really separated themselves from the pack.

So why should we be expected to play in Michigan? Also, the Big 10 certainly schedules many more creampuff games than us, yet they have proven themselves to be the Weak Sisters of the Poor.

My question to the community: If the SEC is the greatest conference in college football, why does everyone outside the South hate it? All I hear is "They suck!" This is a fallacy, because we've won 6 straight BCS championships, countless first round draft picks, and never have to play outside our territory.

How can anyone hate us? Is it envy, northern arrogance, ESPN, or something else?

With Auburn's victory over the vaunted and worthy Oregon Ducks, the SEC has now won five straight national championships. So, when is this trophy going to be renamed the SEC Trophy? When does the SEC decide that only our 12 teams deserve a chance at the national championship?

No conference equals the SEC, and I don't understand why the SEC continues to have to prove it to the critics.

Oregon deserves all the credit in the world. That was a fine football team that shared the field this evening, only Texas Christian would be worthy to share it with either of the teams. What a great game.

I guess that's the wrong question, because Auburn has already won, by being a member of the SEC.

The division it won had five top 25 teams. Oregon is a good team, but the Pac10 is weak, scoring two top 25 ranked teams (OR included).

Wisconsin vs Michigan? Really, ESPN, let me watch real football. I just remember in 2007 when Appalachian State beat Michigan. Now, Florida is handing it to them, sending them unceremoniously back to Boone, NC. Michigan, how did you lose? The Big 11 doesn't even use a full football field!

I can only use Big East and Big 11 as a warm up to the CBS 2:30 game. I think i'll go fix a pizza while I await the start of today's game.

As a fan of the Southeastern Conference, I am ashamed that a "BCS" conference like the Big 10, one of tradition and yesteryear, can't even use 100 yards of a football field. Are you guys going to use one blitz per four downs, too? Maybe use an all time quarterback?

Wrigley Field is not big enough to fit a football field. Most baseball stadiums these days cannot. But did the Big 10 not think about this until today, after having 18 months to plan?

I'll be watching for the embarrassment factor. Not only for the Big 10, but Jim Delany, the only thing standing between the fans and a playoff.

This is also the reason for the South seceding in 1861: they wanted a college football playoff.

Boise State vs Big 10 participant. Boise is better than Ohio State, that's well known. But what if Ohio State doesn't win the Big 10? Should Iowa then play Boise? Boise is the better team in my mind.

Also, I still don't see how Auburn is still being hated on and Cam Newton hasn't won the Heisman already. If he doesn't win, it's like Peyton Manning not winning the Heisman when he deserved it over Charles Woodson.

What's Woodson done lately, anyway? The Heisman is a sham of an award.

Why is Ohio State Buckeye football continue to be ranked? Their schedule this season has been weak, yet it is ranked #1 in the BCS, only to be hammered by Wisconsin.

The Big 10 is just so weak, I don't see how it continues to be considered a BCS conference. Margin of victory means nothing against the MAC or sub .500 team. Vanderbilt beat a MAC team by 50, it shouldn't be that hard to do.

I'm glad I don't have to listen to Ohio State fans go on about how great their team is anymore this season.

We all know the SEC is on a 4 game BCS title game winning streak. I would like to know who will make it #5. Alabama will most likely win the SEC again, but who will Alabama play?

I do think the SEC should secede from the BCS and form their own National Title system. It's ridiculous we have to share time on ESPN with the Big 10, the Pac12 and so on. Can you have a true national title game without the nation's top team? I would be excited to watch this new league.
