i will start out with.... it's my fault. i am in the army reserve. i have not passed the PT test since april 2013. my new 1SG who is an E7 said that i am now reduced to an E3 (i was an E4)he said that as soon as i pass, i get my rank back. i did not receive demotion papers. when he said that i was reduced, i asked if i could have at least until april of this year, which would make a year of not passing. he said no, the reduction was done (i failed in april and dec;2 record tests.) i then asked if i could go into the IRR for a few months until ready to pass the PT test. he said that request would take more than 30 days.

my question.... Can an E7 reduce me? I thought that was the job of the Company CDR? What regulation can give me guidance on this? Can I go into the IRR for a few months? my contract is up in 2016. should I talk to a retension NCO about IRR?

i have a vacation coming up late december and would love to chill on a beach. i wish i could but can't afford to go to hawaii so that is out of the question. hope i'm not doomed

i think these kids are in a cult. it was last night, about 10:30pm @ a kroger grocery store parking lot, when these 2 young boys, maybe 16-18 came up to me, asking me to buy some crappy looking art work. when i told them i didn't have money, they said they will take a donation of anything. they said it was for a non denominational church out of newyork and that it was world wide, etc. i gave them a lot of change from a slot in my car door. i asked them where they stayed. they said in a van. they were dressed well, nice looking and had cellphones. i told them that it sounded as if they were in a cult and if they wanted to get out to call me. i told them that i was in the military and could help them. i really felt sorry for them. are they in some kind of a cult? this isn't the first time that a kid, claiming to be from some religion, has came up to me,but this is the first time that i said something about helping them out. honestly i don't know what kind of help i could give them other than a place to lay to lay their head and food to eat. i could let them stay @ my house but @ the same time, don't want to be caught up in a scam and my family find me beheaded lol. okay not funny. been watching too much criminal minds and unsolved mysteries. so did these kidsget into something that they can't get out of or are they cute lil scammers? i almost said, "take me to your leader." lol seriously, whats going on? only serious answers please

A company sent me an email stating that they received my CV (resume). It seemed a little shady to me because they stated that packages would come to my house (jewelry, electronics etc...)I would ship them overseas. Almost sounds like a Nigerian scam. I went online to see if company was legit. Even though they have a website, it still feels shady. The company is based out of India. Why have items come out of my house when they can set up a small office? I will attach most of the letter. Some misspellings in the letter; another red flag, but since American English is not their native writing style, as is the queen's English, should I overlook it? Maybe I should check with the FBI? Not a bad deal if it's legit.

I was in my second quarter when this happened. Do they have the right to do this? If not, can I file a complaint with the board of education?

It is very low in carbs and calories. They also sell it in capsule form. It is used mainly in Asia.

It is very annoying. I have my Yahoo chat as invisible and these strange people continue to pop up. I am tired of declining. Who are they and what do they want? Do they really want to chat with people that they don't know or are they trying to somehow get personal info from computers? How did they get my email address? The message says, "Hi please add me to your Yahoo messenger contact list so that we can chat. thanks." Is there a way to block it? Messages were every now and then to at least 3-5 back to back, depending on if I decline

my laptop has a nice media center and other media programs. what gives? now that i have upgraded to firefox it now wants me to have adobe

google chrome, mozilla firefox, IE8, safari, or opera browser. what was wrong with my old browser? you tube says it won't support it, yet i can still watch videos. i am soooo confused. is it really necessary to do an upgrade? i am really sick and tired of adding programs that take up unnecessary space

i bought it a few months ago. the first time i filled up the tank it overflowed. i thought it was the pump, but i have done this 3 times. is anyone else having this problem? i didn't see anything on callbacks for this situation. it appears as if i can't top it off or at least fill it up. the last time i got in my car to watch the needle before it got to 'f', but i was too late. also is there a non virus website or a cheap website to get the owners manual? dodge wants $40.00 also, i wanted to get an update to my GPS & holy moly they wanted to charge me $210.00 for a disc. is there a place on line that sells it cheaper? and one more thing. it took about 10min for my wipers to go in fast mode. by that time the storm was over. i did find what looked like a call back on wiper motor. anyone else having this problem? thanks; other than my big black beauty getting greedy with drinking gas, i must say that i do luv big bubba:-)

in windows security center it says that my virus protection is off, but when i look at the symantec status it says that everything is protected. i try to turn the windows security off button to on but it doesn't do anything. does anyone know what is going on? it does this often. sometimes it's on, sometimes it's off without me doing anything to it.

i have found a private university which is too expensive. ($640.00p/h 2010 it will be $675.00) it is called Feik School of Pharmacy at the University of the Incarnate Word; the university of texas has pharmacology not pharmacy. i googled but can't find anything but these two schools and pharmacy technician schools. does anyone know of a pharmacy school in san antonio or a neighboring town?

rarely do i ever look at my spam box. i was shocked at the amount of important mail that was there. i need those emails to go into my inbox. any suggestions?

this is the third time that i have gotten a message saying ..."you have been

disconnected from chat because you have signed into yahoo! messenger from another computer or device. i have never given my password to anyone therefore i can't be at another computer or device. the first time i received this message i clicked ok. the 2nd time i received this message i became suspicious and i shut my computer down. this is the third time and now i am waiting on a response from the community. i had to open another window because it wont let me do anything until i click okay. also i have been getting unknow people trying to have me accept them to chat with; indeed i do decline and put them in as spammers. has anyone else gotten this message on their computer?

my background is Nursing. I would like to find a not so expensive school in texas to complete my RN/ Pharmacology. Job prospects? my job background is mental health clinician, HHA, CNA, Nurse Tech. I am also in the National Guard. I have also worked with youth in group homes and military academies. i would like a nice quiet town that is no more than 30-45minutes away from a major city. rent? no more than $700.00 for a 2bedroom apartment. i don't have time to deal with in your face racism or discrimination from any race. life is just too dang on short for that kind of ignorance. i don't want to be around a town that is high in crime, drugs, gangs, etc.. any leads are appreciated. thankyou
