How do you cook surimi?
When i make sushi I always boil my surimi for a few minutes and then let it dry, but somehow I'm not sure thats the correct way, it comes out all soggy.

I recently bought this, took it home and it worked great, nex time i tried to use it the po pack mini remote was not responding to motien controls, I tried to play wii sports tennis but it was not repsonding, so I took it back, got home, plugged in the new one, it worked great, BUT the next time i tried to use it, the motion controls aren't responding either, everything else works great, the nunchuck motion controls work, but when I try to use the remote for any motion controls, it does not respond.
Anybody else has this issue with this controller?
