I'm a songwriter and I have a demo made for my friend's website but seeing as I'm a girl and it's more of a boy-type song, I need a male rapper to rap it. All I need is an acapella of someone rapping it, I can do the rest as far as putting the music together.

So this is rather weird, and hopefully I'm not the only moron who has done this, but here's my story.

Today I was attaching an audio file in my email, and while I was in the window that pops up where you choose what file you want to attach, I noticed my documents was in my music. I figured it just accidentally copied there because that's happened before. While in that window, I highlighted the folders (my OneNote folders, Electronic Arts, ect) that weren't supposed to be there and deleted them. It asked for Administrater permisson to delete (or something along those lines) and I said yes then contined sending the audio file. Next I check to see if those folders were in the right place,but no-my documents was completely empty, and nothing was in my recycle bin.

I've tried doing a system recovery and used two different file recovery programs, and I just can't get those folders back. What I don't understand is why they didn't go into the recycle bin? Am I missing something here?? O.o

So basically I want to know if I like permenantly deleted these folders and can never get them back, or if there is a way to get them back. Or if I took it to a professional, would they be able to find it or would it be a waste of money? I'm running Windows 7, by the way. These folders are very important to me, please help :(

So I wrote this rap (first ever rap so it probably sucks lol) for a girl about a year ago. She needed a song to use as a demo for a record company so this is what I wrote for her. She really liked it and I wanted to get other people's opinions. Now I know it looks like way long but since rap is fast it wouldn't really be that long with a tune and all lol :) thanks for reading & commenting!
