i want a new haircut before the first day of school which is august 31st.

i want to maybe cut my hair 2 inches shorter. my hair is normally frizzy wavy/ curly so i usually straighten it or blow dry it.

i also want more bangs

I am a 15 1/2 year old girl.

Atticus understands that not all people are what they appear to be so he must teach this to his own children.

Another example where Atticus puts an event into perspective is when Mr. Ewell spats in his face. Atticus stays completely calm when this happens. He realizes that Bob Ewell does this to save his image because he humiliated him in court.

An instance when Scout puts things into perspective is when she is punished by Miss Caroline during school. When she goes home and complains to Atticus and he explains to her not to take it personally, she takes into perspective the fact that Miss Caroline is new to town and does not know all the Maycomb customs.

If people in the community do not take things into perspective, then this with be a very judgmental society. For example, this past election where President- elect Barrack Obama won, many people thought he would not be a good president simply because he is of African American decent. This is similar to how some of the white community believed that Tom Robinson really did rape Mayella Ewell. They believed this because Tom Robinson is black and he can’t accuse a white man of lying because then he will get in even more trouble than he is already in.
