Any clever ideas for ways to use wine corks?
Besides trivets and cork bulletin boards. We drink wine daily at my house, and I have a pack-rat's collection of hundreds of corks. I need to figure out something to do with them before my wife makes me throw them out. What have you seen or done or imagined?

The tomatoes are coming on strong now. I don't have a food dehydrator and I'd like to make "sun-dried" tomatoes that you can store for use through the winter. Once dried, do you store them dry? Or in olive oil?
