  • My dog won't eat, drink, or poop. She has been to the vet already, please HELP!?

My dog is a 10 yr. old pure bred German Shepard named Voo. She has had zero health issues in her lifetime other than a simple cyst removal from the top of her head and a bad tolerance for grain. To address her sensitivity to grain she has been on a grain free diet of the same dog food for the last decade and eats chicken jerky dog treats; but she has always been only about 60 pounds. In the last few weeks she suddenly started dropping weight and is down to about 44 lbs. She was eating, drinking, playing, and going to the bathroom as normal. This last week all of that stopped, she starting acting mopey, uninterested, and didn't even want to eat a variety of human food like plain chicken or eggs which she usually loves. She doesn't even want to get up to go outside anymore. We took her to the vet twice and they performed X-rays, administered IV fluids, gave some prescriptions for appetite stimulants, anti nausea drugs, de-wormers, and some canned dog foods. They tested her blood, heart, urine, and stool with the conclusion that nothing was wrong and she was as healthy as a six year old dog. The earlier mentioned X-ray was clear as well and a dental exam came up without any answer also. Our dog has always had her vaccines and has had no change in diet or environment. All I can get her to eat is some chicken lunch meat and canned dog food in very small quantities. She is having almost clear liquid diarrhea every night and hardly drinking water.
