  • I can't find my loaf pans, is there an alternative pan I can use?

I want to make bananna bread and I seem to have found some decent recipes (I have never made it before), but now I can't find my loaf pans (I never use them). Is there anything that I can use besides them? Do you think it would work if I made muffins instead or possibly if I used an 8 by 8 or 9 by 13 pan?

  • Why do lightscribes keep dying on me, what is wrong with them (or me)?

I have a lightscribe dvd burner that came with my computer. I used to have one in an external case for my laptop as well. They both did the same thing. One day they opened and the next day they would not. I have tried ejecting it from the computer, I have pushed the button numerous times, I have even opened it up to see if something is loose. Any idea what could be wrong with it (this is the second one that has done this to me)?

  • Have you ever suscribed for one of those "reposed and seized" vehicles and homes websites?

If you are not sure what I am talking about please check out bargainone.com. I really would like to know if someone has done this and if it actually worked. I am looking for a car under $2000 and they seem to have a great selection. I am just a little weary of giving them my money and then it being a total scam. Please let me know if you have ever been involved in something like that website. Thank you!

  • In an ultrasound, what could the black spots on my ovaries be?

So, I thought I was pregnant and went to the doctor and he took some blood to be tested. A week later I had to go see him for an ultrasound and we found out I was not pregnant right there because there was no baby, just about 6 black spots on each ovary. The doctor told me that he was testing for polycystic ovarian syndrome and that is what he thinks it is. Today (5/16) is a week later and the nurse called me with my bloodwork results. Every thing (my glucose, thyroid, and insulin levels) came up normal (except for the preg test which was negative), so I asked the nurse what this meant and she had no idea, but that it probably wasn't poly-cystic ovarian syndrome. She said she would have the doctor call me, but its too late now and I don't want to wait for tomorrow. Does any one know what this could be. Please help! Thanks!

  • If you lived in a subdivision that decided to only allow one pet, what would you do?

We live in this park area where they only allow one pet now and we have 2 dogs, one cat, and a rabbit. They can't do anything about the rabbit because she doesn't leave the house and the cat is pretty much wild now, so that just leaves our two dogs. They are like my babies, should I get rid of them or fight the system or what? I just feel so scared that I might have to give one up, I love them so much.

  • What tree (wild) has jagged leaves grouped in threes?

I have a flower bed in front of my house and this tree has grown just out of no where, almost from underneath the house. It looks kind of tropical, but the leaves look like they might be poisonous. Could it possibly be poison oak or something like that? The leaves are grouped in 3's and they are jagged.
