I have been playing for around 2 years now, I m a 12 handicap and I love the game but recently something went wrong and my golf swing has gone down tremendously I always seem to catch it off the hozzle of the club and hit a damn banana spinner to the right , it s all in my head now and even when I line up now I feel off its carried over to my driver and wood game too it s really getting to me, I need some drills and help. Only thing I have done is make a line a inch away from the ball on the right side so I stay with open club I hit some good and some terribly. Golf is not fun right now

Live in fortlauderdale I came in for a open shift as a bartender .... The late bartender is on workers compensation for another job and the manager forgot and put her on sched anyways so she won't be here and I'll be here from 10am- 2am h looks at me and TELLS me I'm staying all day.... Is this legal or what? 16 hours crazy

who would you start and why?

Sooooo I recently got a new job as a busser at a VERY high end place who gets full books Thursday-Saturday and that's when I work, there are about 7 -9 servers that work thatll all make around 300-450 dollars depending on who etc. they all pool there tips and in the end me and other busser split just 8% of ea of there tips. WE are required to get water for every table bread service (fill waters and bread) on top of Setting up dirty tables I was a server before I came to this restaurant and we tipped our bussers at a normal Bar/restaurant WAY MORE on a Saturday night when they make close to 300 or 400 bucks im making if lucky 110 bucks Im gonna confront my manager because its honestly petty pay and they treat us like slaves straight slaves when I asked how much I would possibly be making before I started he said close to 200 on busy nights IM FURIOUS. (my old job tipped out by % of sales 2%busser , 2% foodrunner and they all split made much more). am I over reacting or im getting completely shysted
