how do you predict the rate determining step of an equation based on the rate equation? the only info we have is
rate equation=0.298 M^-1 S^-1 [C2H4Br2]^1 [KI]^1
and the data for it
C2H4Br2
0.5
0.5
1.5
KI
1.8
7.2
1.8
Rate of reaction M/s
0.269
1.08
0.807
so based on the equation, and maybe the data, how do i predict the rate determining step?
