  • How can I get my buck rabbit to breed my doe?

I bought a buck rabbit to breed to my doe, and when I put her in his cage he goes over to her, flops on his back, and tries to nurse from her. I've never had this happen, nor heard of it. I figured he's drop this habit, but he hasn't yet. He's a great buck, meets the standards and I paid a lot for him. anyone know what I can do to help him understand?

  • How do I know my Rabbit doe is feeding her babies?

My doe had 5 babies yesterday, But I've not seen her in the nestbox with them, but two times, and I don't think she was nursing them. Do Rabbits stand over the babies to nurse them, or lay on their side like a dog or cat? And if she's not nursing them how do i feed the babies? How much milk do thay need?

  • Can Sighthounds be socilized enough to live on a farm?

I have goats, and love the sighthound dogs, like greyhounds and salukis, but everywhere i read it says these dogs are not good with other animals, seeing as they have a strong hunting influance. If i got a very young puppy and kept it around the goats alot would it be able to be socilized enough to be trusted around them?

  • how can i tell my pygmy goat is pregnant?

I have 2 pygmy's but i'm used to seeing my nubian doe, pygmys being larger around the middle in normal condition, make it hard for me to tell. One of my pygmy girls is really big and her hips look tiny by her tummy, but what are other ways to tell when she's still got a few more months on her?
