I was watching this movie and I find the guy in white's fighting style pretty awesome, can anyone tell me what it is?

My computer has been 2 years old already and my graphic card is Nvidia 9800GTX which should have no problem with playing Left 4 Dead 2, Modern Warfare 2 etc... When I played it, there was no problem with in a year ago, and it's been 5 months already when I start playing those games including Black Ops my game would just start to stutter then loop sounds starts and my game would freeze at the same time, sometimes it would fix itself and I could play but all the stuff on the screen will be pixelized with words and random letters or colours. Or worst scenario a blue screen would pop up and computer restart, medium would be that it would take forever for the task manager to pop out and even when it does it takes forever for the mouse to reach the end process and till I end it... takes atleast 5 minutes for that. Is it my driver or my graphic card? If you need more info please send me an e-mail or leave your e-mail and I'll send you some info... Just saying I don't know much about computers, just gaming...
