I'll be getting around $2,500 in tax refunds this year, and I don't know how I should spend it. I have debt, but I also want to build an emergency fund. Here's the breakdown:

$3500 in credit cards, 14% interest

$2700 owed to a friend

$200 in medical bills

...and I'd like to put as much as I can into emergency funds.

In what order should I allocate the funds, and how much should I pay? Please explain your answer.

I'm dead serious. I'll spend a night in a haunted house in my region, and record the entire experience on video. Since this would obviously incur some expenses, how much would you pay me to do this?

I've never seen a ghost, but I would absolutely love to.
