  • body building question for guys or girls - anyone?

    I'm currently 5'7'', 19 years old and weigh about 165lbs. I'm looking to get back into working out and gaining more muscle.

    My question:

    What looks better? A "well-built" guy or a guy with a 6-pack.

    I'm trying to decide what to lean more on. I can easily pull options off but can't decide which would be more "appealing."

    The only thing I'm not sure of is if I do go for the "well-built" look, I'll have to gain about 20 pounds and I'm not sure as to how healthy that would be, although it's majority muscle.

    Someone received their learners Permit at age 16, in which they can drive with someone over the age of 21 and has a license for the vehicle being driven.

    What happens at age 17? Do you get a full license, allowing you to drive where you want, when you want?
